‘Pirates of the Caribbean 4′ in 2011
Walt Disney have been planning to release the fourth installment of its most successful trilogy ‘Pirates of the Caribbean 4‘ in 2011.Though many reports are conflicting on how the studio get on the fourth film, many favors that the fourth film will focus solely on the renowned Captain Jack Sparrow.
Further, it was said that as the studio is trying to downsize the film’s budget, the fourth installment would probably have a lighter take on the special effects.
Although there has been no definitive word yet on if or when Walt Disney Pictures and producer Jerry Bruckheimer might set sail on a fourth Pirates of the Caribbean movie, indeed, both the cast and the filmmakers said while promoting last summer’s Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End that the franchise would be taking a well-deserved break, rumors have now surfaced about the plot to Pirates 4. So, The production might not begin until sometime between 2009-2011.
Johnny Depp is all but set to reprise his role as Captain Jack Sparrow. Also reportedly expected to return are co-star Geoffrey Rush.
It could be disappointment for fans that Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley are not expected to be back, but it’s not official yet.
”Pirates 4 “would toss the Elizabeth & Will characters [portrayed by Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom, respectively] over the side in favor of doing a bawdy buddy picture which would star Jack Sparrow & Barbossa. Where both captains of the Black Pearl would initially be competing for the exact same prize.But eventually all the double crossing would have to stop as these two rivals were then forced to join forces in order to defeat some supernatural terror.”
The first three ‘Pirates’ films which features Johnny Depp, Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley have been extremely successful as it gained millions of dollars each.
The first film ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: The Curse of the Black Pearl’ has grossed $305.4 million domestically and $654.3 million worldwide.
Further, ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man’s Chest’ got better reception by earning $423.3 in North America only and over one billion dollars around the world, while the third ‘Pirates of the Caribbean: At Worlds End’ reached $961 million in its worldwide sales.

I have some info about pirates of the caribbean 4: the fountain of youth that the walt disney company does not know I have, and if they did know me and knew that I had it, I would in deep you know what!. that pirates of the caribbean 4: the fountain of youth will be released to theaters in the summer of 2011, in may, june, july or august of that year!. then it’ll be released to blu ray disc and dvd in winter 2011 or early 2012. it’ll be rated PG13, the casts of the movie will be johnny depp, geoffrey rush, and some new “already famous” actors and actresses. The directors will be gore verbinski, and geoffrey rush. The producer will be jerry bruckheimer. The writters will be ted elliot, and terry rossio. The production starting date is august 2008. Its filming status is that its in development. the genre of the movie is action, adventure, spin-off, sequel, sci-fi, and less special effects, but more visual effects!. The summery plot line is that this movie will have the pirates grouping together as one, against the new enemies ponce de leon and black beard to race against to get to the lost world known as atlantis, mean while captain jack sparrow and captain hector barbossa team up to search for the fountain of youth in florida. Much of this plot will focus mostly on captain jack sparrow. There is also a possiblity that there will be jules verne type flying fortresses used to race to get there destination to get to the fountain of youth in the lost city known as atlantis.
Future potc films are pirates of the caribbean 5 and 6.
Possible Fact: If pirates of the caribbean 4: the fountain of youth gets filmed, it will be released to theaters in summer 2011, and then will be released to blu ray disc and dvd in winter 2011. Same concept for pirates of the caribbean 5 and pirates of the caribbean 6, if they get filmed too.

I dont believe this is such a good idea to release a fourth film. I think there have been enough movies to keep the trilogy good

*erm* excuse me!!! Johnny Depp looks make him younger than his age. If you draw him and notices the face and cheek bones you will notice that his ageing will be slow than a normal person. Because of the high cheek bones and a good structure face his face won’t dtop so quickly so need to worry.

Are Keira Knightley and Orlando Bloom going to be in POTC 4 too? Sean, i saw that you put only Geoffrey Rush and Johnny Depp and also newcomers.
Who are these newcomers and will they kick out Orlando and Kiera because it would ruin the entire series if two of the four main characters were gone.

If pirates of the caribbean 4 the fountain of youth is finished with production by the end of 2009/beginning of 2010 then it’ll most likely end up coming out earlier in the summer of 2010 or end up being released anyway in the summer 2011, like this webpage says!. And I get this intformation of the internet for those of you who where asking me before!. And no!, i’m not friends with people who are making this movie, for who ever was asking me before, i’m just a fan of potc!, whos always searching the web about potc4 and other movies of course!. yes!, only johnny depp and geoffrey rush will be return!, it’s true!. No one knows yet who the new actors and actresses are yet in potc4!.
Since there is going to be a pirates of the caribbean 4 in 2011, I want to know what the estimated or offical theatrical release date is for pirates of the caribbean 4.
