“Elegy” Poster and Movie Photos

New poster and movie photos for the upcoming film “Elegy,” has been released. The Movie is based on Pulitzer Prize-winner Philip Roth’s short novel The Dying Animal, starring Ben Kingsley and Penelope Cruz with extraordinary supporting performances from Dennis Hopper, Patricia Clarkson and Peter Sarsgaard.

In the movie, cultural critic David Kepesh (Kingsley) finds his life, which he indicates is a state of “emancipated manhood”, thrown into tragic disarray by Consuela Castillo (Cruz), a well-mannered student who awakens a sense of sexual possessiveness in her teacher.

“Elegy” is directed by Isabel Coixet. It is scheduled to hit theaters on August 8th.
