“The Princess and the Frog” Teaser Trailer

Disney has unveiled teaser trailer for their upcoming hand-animated feature “The Princess and the Frog“. Not only does the animation look fantastic yet again, but the song is incredibly catchy too.

Teaser trailer for “The Princess and the Frog” is notable for two reasons: 1. It’s the first black princess in the history of Disney, and 2. It’s a hand-drawn animated film, the first from Disney in over four years.

The film is co-directed by Ron Clements and John Musker, whom previously worked together to bring us the Disney classics Aladdin, Hercules, and Treasure Planet. The script for the film was also written by Clements and Musker as well as other Disney regulars. Disney’s The Princess and the Frog is currently set for release on Christmas Day, December 25th, 2009.
