“Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightning Thief” Movie Trailer #2
Today we have the second trailer for the upcoming epic, “Percy Jackson and The Olympians: The Lightening Thief.”
The film is based on the first novel in Rick Riordan’s “Percy Jackson & the Olympians” series. The story revolves around a ‘troubled’ 12-year-old boy, Percy Jackson, who discovers that he is the son of the Greek god Poseidon during a field trip to a museum in New York City.
“The Lightning Thief” stars Logan Lerman as Percy Jackson. Lerman played “Bobby McCallister” in the television series “Jack & Bobby.” The film also stars Uma Thurman as Medusa, Rosario Dawson as Persephone, Kevin McKidd as Poseidon, Pierce Brosnan as Chiron, Sean Bean as Zeus and Steve Coogan as Hades.
“Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief” will be released to theaters on February 12, 2010.

i hav red the book series a hundred times and i couldnt wate for movie to come out but now that ive seen the trailer, there are so many things wrong with that movie its not even funny.
the movie doesnt go by the book
It does look like a disappointment waiting to happen
Plus the only thing that the person who is playing Annanbeth has in common with her character is her eye color. She not the right age, she dosn’t have the same hair color and her voice is kind of child like
Let us first wait for the movie to release!
Some say it’s OK and some say not. But what really makes me intrigue about this movie is how will it be based on the book?

i’m seeing it just to watch The Last Airbender trailer
same here i am just going to watch it because of the last airbender trailer that will be coming out with it but im kinda sad that theres so many things wrong with it like hmmm i dont know…Grovers black!!! And annabeths a brunette! And percy looks like he can already start drinking! WTF.
