After successful “Vicky Cristina Barcelona” and “Whatever Works,” which will be released in June, Woody Allen starts a new still-untitled project.
Antonio Banderas has signed on to star in the film, joining the already-announced Josh Brolin, Anthony Hopkins and Naomi Watts.
Freida Pinto, “Slumdog Millionaire” discovery, has also signed up for Woody Allen’s latest film. His film will mark the first post-“Slumdog” project for the Indian-born model-turned-actress.
This will be Banderas’ first collaboration with Allen.
Plot details have been kept under wraps for the film. The film is slated to start production this summer in London.
