“Notorious” First Movie Clip
The first clip from the upcoming “Notorious” film has been released. Jamal Woolard and Antonique Smith play slain Rapper Notorious B.I.G. and his widow Faith Evans.
In just a few short years, The Notorious BIG rose from the streets of Brooklyn to become one of the most influential hip hop artists of all time. BIG was a gifted storyteller; his narratives about violent life on the streets were told with a gritty, objective realism that won him enormous respect and credibility. His stories were universal and gave a voice to his generation.
In “Notorious”, Jamal Woolard is supported by Angela Bassett as B.I.G.’s mother Voletta Wallace, Derek Luke as P. Diddy, Anthony Mackie as Tupac Shakur, Anwan Glover as Snoop Dogg, Naturi Naughton as Lil’ Kim and others. The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on January 16th, 2009. International “Yes Man” Posters
Here’s a new International posters for “Yes Man“, a comedy starring Jim Carrey.
The film is about a man named Carl Allen (Jim Carrey) who takes a self -help program and must say ‘yes’ to anything and everything.
“Yes Man” is directed by Peyton Reed, of “Bring It On”, “Down with Love”, and “The Break-Up” previously. The script was written by actor Jarrad Paul (”Living with Fran”), newcomer Andrew Mogel, and fellow director Nicholas Stoller (Forgetting Sarah Marshall). “The Day the Earth Stood Still” Three TV Spots
Today, we have the first TV spots from the upcoming “The Day the Earth Stood Stil” movie.
“The Day the Earth Stood Still” is 20th Century Fox’s contemporary reinvention of its 1951 classic. Keanu Reeves portrays Klaatu, an alien whose arrival on our planet triggers a global upheaval. As governments and scientists race to unravel the mystery behind the visitor’s appearance, a woman (Jennifer Connelly) and her young stepson get caught up in his mission - and come to understand the ramifications of his being a self-described “friend to the Earth.”
The film also stars Kathy Bates, Jaden Smith, Jon Hamm and Kyle Chandler.

Wolfman Delayed?
Fangoria claims to have heard that Universal’s upcoming remake of “The Wolfman” may be moving out of it’s proposed April 3rd, 2009 release slot to a Fall 2009 release date instead.
No confirmation on any of this yet, but maybe Universal is thinking a Halloween release is more fitting?
The new update of the classic Universal monster is being helmed by director Joe Johnston from a script by Andrew Kevin Walker (Se7en) and David Self. Stars Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving.
Funny “Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs” Teaser Trailer
We have a new teaser trailer for animated flicks “Ice Age 3: Dawn of the Dinosaurs.” The teaser is all about that little Sabertooth rat named Scrat…still trying to get a nut. This time it’s not just the forces of nature which stand in his way, but a woman. Can’t live with em, can’t live without em.
“Ice Age 3″, to be fully produced in 3-D, is the latest installment to the hit Ice Age franchise, which has grossed more than $1.2 billion around the world. The film will be directed by Oscar-nominated Carlos Saldanha, who directed Ice Age: The Meltdown and co-directed Ice Age. The film is being produced by Academy Award-winning Blue Sky Studios, the creative force behind all the Ice Age films and the upcoming Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who.
The new film is scheduled to hit theaters on July 1st, 2009.

Three More Dragonball Photos
Thanks to a dbthemovie, we now have three new shots from the upcoming “Dragonball” movie, Chi-Chi (Jamie Chung), Mai (Eriko Tamura) and Goku (Justin Chatwin) doing a “Matrix” move in a fight against Piccolo (James Marsters).
“Dragonball” is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama; the work was also turned into a Japanese anime series that played all over the world. It tells the story of an alien sent to destroy Earth, who has a change of heart and decides to join the humans in their fight against various aliens and bad guys. Justin Chatwin is starring as the hero Goku, while James Marsters will play the villain Piccolo in the sci-fi adventure.
Dragonball is directed by James Wong (Final Destination, Jet Li’s The One, Final Destination 3), with a script written by Ben Ramsey (The Big Hit, Love and a Bullet). The film stars Justin Chatwin as Goku, James Marsters as Piccolo, Emmy Rossum as Bulma, Chow Yun-Fat as Master Roshi, Jamie Chung as Chi Chi, and Park Joon as Yamcha.

Astro Boy Teaser Trailer
Today, we have a first teaser trailer from the upcoming adaptation of Osamu Tezuka’s classic manga “Astro Boy.”
Set in futuristic Metro City, Astro Boy is about a young robot with incredible powers. Powered by pure positive “blue” energy, Astro Boy (Freddie Highmore) is endowed with super strength, x-ray vision, unbelievable speed and the ability to fly-not to mention the purest spirit on the planet. Embarking on a journey across the planet to discover his powers, Astro Boy encounters a netherworld of robot gladiators and other comic characters, and learns the joys and emotions of being human. When he learns his friends and family are in danger, Astro Boy marshals all his awesome super powers and returns to Metro City, in a valiant effort to save everything he cares about and to embrace his place in the world.
Astro Boy’s all-star cast features the voices of Academy Award-winning actor Nicolas Cage, Donald Sutherland, Nathan Lane, Bill Nighy and Eugene Levy with Freddie Highmore in the title role. David Bowers is directing the movie from a screenplay written by Timothy Harris with Maryann Garger producing.
“Astro Boy” is scheduled to hit theaters on October 23rd, 2009.
