Cannes Film Festival
Cannes 2012: IN THE FOG by Sergei Loznitsa
One of the titles that will compete at this year’s Cannes Film Festival is Sergei Loznitza‘s In the Fog.
As usual – we’re here to share some great images and two short clips as a preview of what you’ll have a chance to see from Russian filmmaker’s latest project.
Cannes 2012: YOU AIN’T SEEN NOTHIN’ YET by Alain Resnais
You Ain’t Seen Nothin’ Yet or if you prefer the original title – Vous n’avez encore rien vu is an upcoming Alain Resnais‘ movie which is scheduled to compete for Palme d’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
Resnais is definitely familiar with this festival, although he has never won the Palme d’Or in his sixty year career.
LAWLESS Character Posters and First Clip
We have seven new character posters and one new clip for the upcoming Lawless movie, which comes from director John Hillcoat and has an awesome cast on board.
And yes, this movie was formerly titled The Wettest County, but everything else is pretty much the same.
We have Shia LaBeouf and Tom Hardy in the leading roles – they play two brothers who become bootleggers in the South during Prohibition.
New Lee Daniels’ THE PAPERBOY Clip
Here’s a completely new clip from the upcoming Lee Daniels‘ The Paperboy.
A short one, but still – you’ll have a chance to watch two leading stars Zac Efron and Nicole Kidman in 1-minute preview entitled Jack’s daydream.
That actually means – no action this time, but, on the other hand – means a lot of Nicole Kidman (which is a good thing I guess?).
First Poster for MANIAC by Franck Khalfoun
No, after that teaser we saw, the poster for Franck Khalfoun‘s remake of Maniac is not disturbing at all.
Actually, it’s a simple poster but it shows us that we’re dealing with some creepy movie. Ok, calm down, no scalping here.
Cannes 2012: DRACULA 3D by Dario Argento Trailer and Poster
Here’s the latest poster and a completely new trailer for the upcoming Dracula 3D, Dario Argento‘s newest project which will screen at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
Great cast and quite interesting story from Argento’s first 3D horror film which is not completely an adaptation of Bram Stoker’s novel of the same name, but definitely features elements from the whole thing. Check out the rest of this report for more details…
Cannes 2012: PARADIES: LIEBE by Ulrich Seidl Clips
Ulrich Seidl brings a completely new drama to Cannes this year. And he sure has some good chances to win Palme d’Or, because his Paradies: Liebe is one of the titles that will compete for a Golden Palm statue at 65th Cannes Film Festival.
We have three new clips from the whole thing – and trust me, this looks fantastic, so don’t miss it!
Cannes 2012: AMOUR by Michael Haneke French Trailer
Few days ago we shared some photos from the upcoming Amour movie, which will compete for the Palme d’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
As usual, director Michael Haneke always deserves our full attention, so today – we’re here to share a French trailer for his latest project. Unfortunately, at this moment, only polyglots will enjoy in this video…
Watch: MANIAC Cannes Teaser Trailer
Here’s Cannes teaser trailer for Franck Khalfoun‘s remake of 1980s slasher film Maniac and it’s a lot more disturbing than we had ever imagined.
Despite the fact the script was co- written by Piranha 3D’s Alexandre Aja (plus Grégory Levasseur & C.A. Rosenberg), from the looks of it, seems that Maniac will be an interesting cinematic proposition.
