This Week’s EW Covers Include THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN, CARRIE & ENDER’S GAME

EW Comic Con Cover It’s all about Comic-Con this week, right? Good, ’cause thanks to Entertainment Weekly we have some amazing covers to share with you today! As you’re about to see in the rest of this report, these new pics give us much better look at The Amazing Spider-Man 2, Carrie and Ender’s Game. Head inside to check them all out & let us know what you think… The first cover is all about Andrew Garfield‘s Spidey and Jamie Foxx‘s Electro. Foxx already said that his character is “a nobody” who initially idolizes Spider-Man, but (in case you forgot) he also has:
…a chance to be the villain and to say all the cool stuff.
EW THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Image All that is waiting for us in The Amazing Spider-Man, (here are some set photos & video) which comes from director Marc Webb and revolves around Peter Parker:
…who continues to adjust to his crime fighting life as Spider-Man and relationship with Gwen Stacy while dealing with new enemies, the return of Harry Osborn, and discovering more about his past.
EW THE AMAZING SPIDER-MAN Cover Also starring Emma Stone, Shailene Woodley, Dane DeHaan, Colm Feore, Paul Giamatti, and Sally Field, the movie is set to hit theaters on May 2nd, 2013. And now, time for our favourite telekinetic girl Carrie aka Chloe Moretz! As you already know, we’re talking about a reimagining of the classic horror tale about Carrie White, which comes from director Kimberly Pierce, and is set to open on October 18th, 2013. The movie also stars Julianne Moore, Judy Greer and Alex Russell, and follows:
…a shy girl outcast by her peers and sheltered by her deeply religious mother, who unleashes telekinetic terror on her small town after being pushed too far at her senior prom.
EW CARRIE Cover Last, but not least – Ender’s Game! Nothing spectacular, just another look at Harrison Ford and Asa Butterfield. In case you forgot, director Gavin Hood stands behind this sci-fi movie which revolves around:
…an unusually gifted child who is sent to an advanced military school in space to prepare for a future alien invasion.
Also starring Ben Kingsley, Hailee Steinfeld, Abigail Breslin, Viola Davis and Nonso Anozie, the movie is set to hit theaters on November 1st, 2013.
