The Day of the Triffids
“The Day of the Triffids” is planned as a 3D feature. Based on a 1951 novel by John Wyndham, the film tells the story of genetically engineered hyper-intelligent plants that, after most of humanity is blinded by a meteor shower, begin to attack and devour the world’s population. The story was previously adapted (albeit loosely) into a British film version in 1961 and also spawned two television serials in 1981 and 2009.

Based on Scott Hampton’s supernatural graphic novel “Trespassers” – the story centers on a group of mythbusters, set on debunking the legend of a famous allegedly haunted house. They have their scientific rationality tested when they discover demonic guardians, a gateway to hell and the fact that not all of them are exactly who they claim to be.
The 5th Wave
Based on the forthcoming sci-fi novel by Rick Yancey. Planned as a trilogy of books, Yancey’s story has a teenage girl on the search for her brother against the background of an alien invasion. At her side is a young man who may or may not be an undercover invader himself.
Undercover Clown
“Undercover Clown” is the story of a strait-laced Detective who investigates a suspect who delights in murdering clowns. The Detective, who’s never had use for a sense of humor, must enroll in Clown College in order to infiltrate the world of clowns and discover clues that help him solve the case. In the process of becoming a clown himself, the Detective learns that looking at the funny side of life has its advantages. The original comic book was written by Devin Hylton.

Huck and Tom
Two of Mark Twain’s beloved fictional characters introduced way back in 1876 are getting a 21st Century makeover. – Not much is known about the story, although Huckleberry Finn and Tom Sawyer, the two boys introduced in Twain’s “The Adventures of Tom Sawyer,” who grew popular through their mischievous adventures in four books, multiple films and television shows, will be portrayed as adults and there will be a supernatural element to the film.
