New CARNAGE Movie Trailer
The second trailer for Roman Polanski‘s next film Carnage, based on the God of Carnage play by Yasmina Reza, has debuted.
Carnage follows what happens between two well-to-do couples (Kate Winslet, Christoph Waltz, Jodie Foster and John C. Reilly) when their kids are involved in a scuffle at school. Turns out the incident is just the fuel that the two pairs need to start exploring and bringing up all sorts of issues within their relationships.
But given the play’s more comedic nature, it’s less an overwrought analysis of modern marriage and more a comedy of errors and manners. From the looks of this, Winslet will be a standout, but all the cast are clearly at the top of their game.
The Sony Pictures Classics film comes to theaters December 16th, 2011.
