The Amazing Spider-Man

We have a new international poster for the upcoming The Amazing Spider-Man movie, which actually doesn’t look like a decent poster for the upcoming Marc Webb‘s movie.

What you see is what you get? I hope not, because, sorry, but I hate this poster and that untold story already!

Still, I’m here, talking about this movie, just because I think some great cast is involved in the whole thing, and I somehow still believe that director Webb was a good choice for a director’s chair.

As you already know, movie will center on Peter Parker, an outcast high schooler who was abandoned by his parents as a boy, leaving him to be raised by his Uncle Ben and Aunt May. Like most teenagers, he is trying to figure out who he is and how he got to be the person he is today. Peter is also finding his way with his first high school crush, Gwen Stacy and together, they struggle with love, commitment, and secrets.

As Peter discovers a mysterious briefcase that belonged to his father, he begins a quest to understand his parents’ disappearance – leading him directly to Oscorp and the lab of Dr. Curt Connors, his father’s former partner. As Spider-Man is set on a collision course with Connors’ alter-ego, The Lizard, Peter will make life-altering choices to use his powers and shape his destiny to become a hero.

Hey guys, with this kind of description we definitely deserve a better poster!

Anyway, Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Irrfan Khan, Martin Sheen and Sally Field are all on board for this action adventure which is set to open on July 3rd, 2012.
