Second THE PAPERBOY Poster

The second poster for the upcoming period drama The Paperboy, based on the 1995 novel by Pete Dexter, has just been released.

Zack Efron plays the brother of Matthew McConaughey’s investigative journalist, with both men working in tandem to prove the innocence of John Cusack’s death row inhabitant.

Things are complicated however by the presence ofNnicole Kidman’s character (a long-standing correspondent of the accused) and it isn’t long before she and Efron find themselves embarking upon an ill-advised affair.

Directed by Lee Daniel, The Paperboy is produced by Daniels, Millenium Entertainment, Benaroya Pictures and Nu Image Films and will be out in theaters later this year.
