Ryan Gosling says his role in Blue Valentine is close to his heart, “because it’s the most universal experience: What happens when love goes away.”

Two of Gosling’s latest films – Blue Valentine (Domestic Total as of Jan. 2, 2011: $278,000 (Estimate)and All Good Things (Domestic Total as of Dec. 26, 2010: $262,151)- hit theaters in the U.S. within a week and the simultaneous releases have left him with a sense of dread.

He told the Los Angeles Times,

“I try not to make too many movies. I get sick of myself, so I can imagine how everyone else feels. And for the two to come out at the same time, it makes me feel sick.”

All Good Things

Magnolia has released the poster for their upcoming romantic drama/mystery movie All Good Things starring Ryan Gosling, Kirsten Dunst, Frank Langhella, Kristen Wiig, Diane Venora and Zoe Lister Jones.

Andrew Jarecki directed, the movie dramatizes one of New York City’s most famous true-crime stories: that of real-estate heir Robert Durst, who, in 1982, was accused of (but never tried for) the murder of his disappeared wife. In the movie, Gosling and Dunst play characters based on Durst and his wife.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan in ‘All Good Things’ Opposite Kirsten Dunst

Kirsten DunstJeffrey Dean Morgan, one of the actors in the upcoming adventure fantasy film “Watchmen”, is said to be joining the star-studded cast of “All Good Things“.

He has been tapped to star opposite Kirsten Dunst, Ryan Gosling and Frank Langella in the drama thriller film.

For the film, the depicter of Denny Duquette, will portray a down-and-out detective who tries to uncover the truth behind the disappearance of Dunst’s character. He will be joining the cast when the film starts its principal photography sometime in April 2008 in Connecticut.
