Wall Street 2 Photos and Behind the Scenes Footage
Vanity Fair magazine did a photo shoot of the cast for “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps” with the famous celebrity photographer Annie Leibovitz.
Gordon Gekko (Michael Douglas) remains an 1980s movie anti-hero/out-right bastard like no other. Nobody expected him to rear his head and return to the screen for a Wall Street sequel. Given the dire standards of greedy bankers and the world economy, he’s come back to haunt us and provide more capitalist aphorisms. Many shuddered when he uttered the immortal line, “Greed is good.” Many whooped and cheered.
The film’s plot mainly centers around Gordon Gekko acting as a more of an anti-hero rather than a villain, and follows his attempts to help Wall Street before its soon-to-be stock market crash, and to repair his relationship with his daughter Winnie (Mulligan); though all of his attempts are unsuccessful.
Nicole Kidman and ”Australia” Photos by Annie Leibovitz
Annie Leibovitz traveled to the set of Baz Luhrmann’s upcoming action-adventure epic, ”Australia”, to photograph the film’s stars, Nicole Kidman and Hugh Jackman for a 16-page spread in the July issue of Vogue.
