Look guys, as much as I hate World War II movies, I must admit that I’m touched by this one. Into The White is a project which comes from director Petter Næss and is definitely one of the most interesting stories I’ve heard lately.
Think I’m crazy? Expected 3D excitement from me? Not this December…
Here’s the thing. We have English pilots on one side. German pilots on the other side. Of course – they have to shoot each other down, because – hey, that’s what war is all about baby!

The poster for Steven Spielberg‘s upcoming adaptation of War Horse is now online. World War I epic film is based on a children’s fiction novel by Michael Morpurgo, first published in 1982, and the 2007 stage adaptation of the same name.
Spielberg’s War Horse Trailer Released!
Dreamworks have just released the first trailer for War Horse, Steven Spielberg’s upcoming war epic film based on the Michael Morpurgo novel published in 1982.
War Horse is adapted for the big screen by Lee Hall (Billy Elliot) and Richard Curtis (Four Weddings and a Funeral). The film stars Jeremy Irvine as the lead character Albert, a young man whose horse, Joey, is sold off to the French Calvalry, leading Albert to fight in the trenches of WWI to try to reunite with the animal. Additional cast include Emily Watson, Peter Mullan, David Thewlis, Benedict Cumberbatch, Stephen Graham, Tom Hiddleston, Celine Buckens, Niels Arestrup, David Kross, Patrick Kennedy, Rainer Bock, Nicolas Bro, Leonar Carow and Robert Emmms.

The film is based on the Michael Morpurgo novel published in 1982 and here’s the official plot description:

Kate Winslet is starring alongside Ralph Fiennes in Stephen Daldry‘s post-world war II drama, ”The Reader,” based on the novel by Bernhard Schlink.
