Upcoming SWEET VALLEY HIGH is Going to Be a Musical
Sweet Valley High, a novel series created by Francine Pascal, as well asTV series based on Sweet Valley High that ran for 88 episodes between 1994 and 1997, revolved around the lives of teenage girls Jessica and Elizabeth Wakefield, twins who live in Sweet Valley, California.
The books were written by many ghostwriters including Emmy-award winning Rodney Vaccaro and back in November Oscar-winning writer/director Diablo Cody hinted that her film adaptation of Sweet Valley High would be ‘a feast for the senses’.
Lily Collins Cast in Remake of Sam Raimi’s THE EVIL DEAD
If anyone could replace Bruce Campbell as Ash in the upcoming remake of the 1981 horror classic The Evil Dead it is the female version of Ash. Therefore, the actor is actually an actress and new hero is a young lady named Mia. None other than rising star Lily Collins has landed a pretty big role in a gestating horror remake.
Newcomer Fede Alvarez helms the redo of the Sam Raimi’s classic work from a script he co-wrote with Rodolfo Sayagues, and revised by Diablo Cody, which goes into production in New Zealand in March. Raimi will produce alongside the original star Campbell.

Paramount Pictures has released a two-minute trailer for Young Adult, which re-teams Jason Reitman with his Juno screenwriter Diablo Cody. In the just-unveiled trailer, Charlize Theron‘s character as alcoholic author Mavis Gary returns to her quaint Midwest hometown. Hoping to reconnect with her old flame, Theron is met with a serious roadblock – her former high school beau (Patrick Wilson) is now married with children.
