Official ‘Fast and Furious 4′ Plot Summary

The official plot summary for the upcoming fourth installment in “The Fast and Furious” franchise, which is now being called simply “Fast and Furious,” has been released. The new film is being directed by Justin Lin (The Fast and The Furious: Tokyo Drift) and stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster.

Official plot summary:

“Vin Diesel and Paul Walker reteam for the ultimate chapter of the franchise built on speed — “Fast and Furious.” Heading back to the streets where it all began, they rejoin Michelle Rodriguez and Jordana Brewster to blast muscle, tuner and exotic cars across Los Angeles and floor through the Mexican desert in the new high-octane action-thriller.

When a crime brings them back to L.A., fugitive ex-con Dom Toretto (Diesel) reignites his feud with agent Brian O’Conner (Walker). But as they are forced to confront a shared enemy, Dom and Brian must give in to an uncertain new trust if they hope to outmanuever him. And from convoy heists to precision tunnel crawls across international lines, two men will find the best way to get revenge: push the limits of what’s possible behind the wheel.”

Michelle Rodriguez Again in ‘Fast and Furious 4′

Michelle Rodriguez will be reprising her role of Letty in the fourth installment of the “The Fast and the Furious 4″.

Actress’ co-star Paul Walker told about the return of Rodrigues at the premiere of “Never Back Down” in Los Angeles on March 4 when he was asked whether he will be back for the fourth film.

Apart from confirming his and Rodriguez’s return, Walker also revealed that Vin Diesel and Jordana Brewster will also reprise their characters. On the occasion, he also confessed that he is persuading Tyrese Gibson to join the cast once more.

Earlier, it was reported that the former Miss Israel Gal Gadot is in talks with Diesel to join the rest of the film’s cast. However, her involvement in the project has yet to be confirmed.

Rodriguez was known for roles in: “Blue Crush”, “S.W.A.T.” and “Resident Evil”. She has also made a guest appearance in famous television series “Lost”. Her other latest project will be James Cameron’s “Avatar”, which will bow in theaters on December 18, 2009.

Miss Israel to Join Latest ‘Fast and Furious’ Film?

2004 Miss Universe Gal Gadot is probably joining the cast of “The Fast and the Furious” sequel “Untitled Fast and the Furious Sequel”.

Gal Gadot (22) has been in talks with the film’s star and producer Vin Diesel to become the new cast member in the action film.

If she is indeed joining the cast, she will show off her acting skill alongside Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, John Ortiz and possibly Jordana Brewster.

The Universal Pictures’ movie directed by Justin Lin will be her debut in the big screen.

Gal Gadot has earlier been considered to be one of the Bond girl in “Quantum of Solace”.
