An adaptation of Hans Reusch’s novel The Great Thirst, Jean-Jacques Annaud’s epic adventure film is set in the 1930s Arab states at the dawn of the oil boom, the story centers on a young Arab prince torn between allegiance to his conservative father and modern, liberal father-in-law.

30 Hi-Res IMMORTALS Photos and Traitor Clip
Today we have 30 high resolution photos and the first clip from the upcoming mythical fantasy-action drama Immortals, which starring future Superman Henry Cavill and Mickey Rourke.
In addition to Cavill and Rourke, Freida Pinto, John Hurt, Kellan Lutz, Isabel Lucas, Luke Evans and Stephen Dorff round out the cast. Directed by The Fall’s Tarsem Singh, Immortals treads some very similar ground to the likes of 300 and Clash of the Titans.

The film stars Henry Cavill as Theseus, a man chosen by the gods to do battle with the wicked King Hyperion (Mickey Rourke), a power-hungry warlord who seeks the Bow of Epirus – a weapon that would allow him to conquer all the lands of Greece, as well as an excellent cast of actors that includes Frieda Pinto, Kellan Lutz (A Nightmare on Elm Street), Luke Evans (Clash of the Titans), Isabel Lucas (Daybreakers), Stephen Dorff (Blade), and John Hurt (Hellboy).
Two New IMMORTALS TV Spots and More Hi-Res Photos
Relativity Media has released two new TV spots and three high resolution photos from Immortals, an upcoming action-fantasy-adventure film from The Cell and The Fall director, Tarsem Singh.
The film was previously named Dawn of War and War of the Gods before being officially named Immortals and is loosely based on the Greek myth of Theseus and the Minotaur and the Titanomachy.+

Relativity Media has released the first TV spot for Tarsem Singh‘s latest flick Immortals, which debuts in in 3D and 2D theaters on November 11.
The movie stars Henry Cavill as mythic champion Theseus who leads humans in a battle against Greek gods. Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, John Hurt and Mickey Rourke also star.
