Now we have three great actresses in the running to star in one of two lead female roles opposite Cruise in the whole thing. And, we’re talking about Kate Beckinsale, Diane Kruger and Hayley Atwell!

Yeah, One Shot exactly! Because only one lady will have an opportunity to star next to Tom Cruise in the upcoming adaptation of Lee Childs’ novel of the same name.
So here’s the thing, Hayley Atwell, Rosamund Pike and Alexa Davalos are all reading for the part now, and just in case you still don’t get it, we’re talking about the lead female part.
Yeah, I know, that looks like a great role, although I guess we’re all sick an tired of these high profile action-thrillers (at least I am).
Paramount is behind the project that will follow Cruise as an ex-Army cop who gets sucked into the mystery surrounding the arrest of a sniper accused of killing five random people in a shooting.
So, as usual, our leading guy needs help, and who can help him better then a beautiful young defense lawyer? Aw, that’s cute. But who will take this part? Paramount Pictures has debuted four brand new clips, two behind-the-scenes footage, featurette and poster for the upcoming Captain America: The First Avenger, which will be unleashed in theaters everywhere on July 22nd.
French Captain America Poster
Captain America: The First Avenger is coming your way this summer, and now a new French poster for Marvel and Joe Johnston’s film, starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Tommy Lee Jones, Hayley Atwell, Samuel L. Jackson, Stanley Tucci and Hugo Weaving, has been released.
Captain America: The First Avenger focuses on the early days of the Marvel Universe when Steve Rogers volunteers to participate in an experimental program that turns him into the Super Soldier known as Captain America. As Captain America, Rogers joins forces with Bucky Barnes and Peggy Carter to wage war on the evil HYDRA organization, led by the villainous Red Skull.

An international poster and five wallpapers to decorate your desktop have been released for Captain America: The First Avenger.
Chris Evans (Scott Pilgrim) stars as the titular hero, in the Joe Johnston ( The Wolfman, The Rocketeer, Jumanji) directed movie that pits him against Hugo Weaving’s (The Matrix, V for Vendetta) Red Skull, alongside Tommy Lee Jones (Men in Black, Volcano), Hayley Atwell (The Pillars of the Earth), Stanley Tucci (Burlesque), Natalie Dormer (The Tudors), and Richard Armitage (Spooks).

Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures have released a new “Behind the Shield” featurette and a image from Captain America: The First Avenger, which features Chris Evans as Steve Rogers, examining an early version of his iconic shield.
Captain America: The First Avenger Retro Poster
Marvel Studios and Paramount Pictures have revealed a limited edition 40′s style poster for next month’s Captain America: The First Avenger, directed by Joe Johnston and starring Chris Evans, Sebastian Stan, Hugo Weaving, Hayley Atwell, Toby Lee Jones, and Stanley Tucci.
Marvel has only printed 100 copies of this exclusive poster for the cast and crew of The First Avenger and LA Times will be giving out five prints to those in attedance at the Hero Complex Film Festival. This print is done by Paolo Rivera, whose many credits include covers for ”Fantastic Four,” “Spectacular Spider-Man” and “X-Men: Unlimited.”
