Robert Pattinson – Kurt Cobain Biopic Rumors
Ok, maybe you already had a chance to hear the rumor that’s refering to possible biopic adaptation of the late Nirvana front man Kurt Cobain.
At first, we heard that young Robert Pattinson will have an honour to play Cobain, and that the movie will be titled All Apologies. But, today, it looks like Pattinson is off this job, working title of the biopic is Heavier Than Heaven, and the only thing that’s sure is the fact that production deal with Universal does exist!
So, biopic is coming to the big screen. As we heard, this is a big money deal for Courtney Love. She has agreed to the film on condition that she gets to decide the main aspects of the project including director, casting, screenplay and music.
Scarlett Johansson – Wanted!
What is it with female subjects of biographical films wanting Scarlett Johansson to play them? First Jenna Jameson, now Courtney Love!
Several months ago, porn icon Jenna Jameson wanted Scarlett Johansson to play her in a biopic. ‘How To Make Love Like A Porn Star’. Scarlett said no to the project. I hope she really did!
‘I’m very excited about the film. It was my decision not to play the role because I’ve lived that tale already and anyone can play themselves’ said Jenna who handpicked the blonde Oscar nominated-actress for the role.
Now, Courtney Love is so desperate to have Johansson play her in a movie ‘Heavier Than Heaven’.
Entitled ‘Heavier Than Heaven’, the biopic is based on a biography of Kurt written with Courtney’s help.
The rumour comes from the gossip filled online tabloid the Mirror:
‘A close friend says: ‘Kirsten Dunst was rumoured to be in the frame, but Courtney really admires Scarlett and has already sent the contract out for her to sign…This is a labour of love for Courtney and she is putting her heart and soul into making it an accurate, credible glimpse of her life with Kurt…’
’…She wants the best actors to portray them – she will be on set all the time giving Scarlett and Ryan advice on what it was like being one part of the most notorious couples since Sid and Nancy. It will be explosive
Sounds like Love has a slightly distorted image of herself, doesn’t it?
I hope Scarlett will turn down this project too.
