Disney has revealed a new IMAX poster for the upcoming fantasy film John Carter.
The movie starring Mark Strong, Willem Dafoe, Ciarán Hinds, Bryan Cranston, Dominic West, Polly Walker, Thomas Haden Church, Taylor Kitsch, is an adaption of the novel “John Carter of Mars,” written by Edgar Rice Burroughs where a man is transported to Mars to wander new lands inhabited by mysterious creatures and intelligent life.

Three New JOHN CARTER Movie Banners
Disney has released three new banners for their sci-fi film John Carter, opening March 9th, 2012.
The film is written (with Michael Chabon) and directed by two-time Academy Award-winner Andrew Stanton (Wall-E). Starring Taylor Kitsch, Lynn Collins, Samantha Morton, Mark Strong, Ciaran Hinds, Dominic West, James Purefoy, Daryl Sabara, Polly Walker, Bryan Cranston, Thomas Hayden Church, and Willem Dafoe.
It is based on the first novel in Edgar Rice Burroughs’ 11-volume Barsoom (Mars) series about a Civil War veteran who gains super powers after being mysteriously transported to Mars.

After the second trailer premiere yesterday, Disney has released seven new promo images from the upcoming space-time adventure John Carter which stars Taylor Kitsch, Willem Dafoe, Mark Strong, Bryan Cranston, Lynn Collins, Samantha Morton and more.
The film is based on a classic novel by Edgar Rice Burroughs, whose work inspired film makers from George Lucas to Steven Spielberg.

Civil War vet John Carter (Taylor Kitsch) is transplanted to Mars, where he discovers a lush, wildly diverse planet whose main inhabitants are 12-foot tall green barbarians. Finding himself a prisoner of these creatures, he escapes, only to encounter Dejah Thoris (Lynn Collins), Princess of Helium, who is in desperate need of a savior.
Based of Edgar Rice Burroughs‘ classic novel, the action adventure stars Taylor Kitsch, Lynn Collins, Willem Dafoe, Samantha Morton, Dominic West, James Purefoy and Mark Strong.
