Yesterday we debuted the poster, now today we’ve got a new trailer. Newmarket Films has unveiled the second trailer for the upcoming indie Hesher directed by Spencer Susser and stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Rainn Wilson, Natalie Portman, Piper Laurie, Audrey Wasilewski, and Devin Brochu.
Synopsis: Loud music. Pornography. Burning shit to the ground. These are a few of Hesher’s favorite things. And they are what Hesher (Joseph Gordon-Levitt) brings into the lives of TJ (Devin Brochu) and his father, Paul (Rainn Wilson) when he takes up residence in their garage uninvited.

Joseph Gordon-Levitt Confirmed for The Dark Knight Rises, Juno Temple in Talks
Christopher Nolan’s The Dark Knight Rises is coming, and, as usual, we’re here to share the latest casting updates with you!
We previously reported that cast-list already includes Anne Hathaway, Gary Oldman, Tom Hardy, Morgan Freeman and Christian Bale.
On the other hand, we all had a chance to hear some rumors about Joseph Gordon-Levitt‘s possible involvement in this sequel, so his fans will finally be happy to hear that it’s now officially confirmed he’ll star in it!
What role he’ll play? Well, that’s still unknown. We just now that “after weeks of quiet negotiations, Joseph Gordon-Levitt is set to re-team with his Inception director Christopher Nolan.”
Tom Hardy on Playing Bane in The Dark Knight Rises
Thanks for this update, Tom Hardy! You have no idea what we’re talking about?
Well, here’s the thing – the actor recently appeared on Alan Carr: Chatty Man talk show (it airs in the UK) and revealed a few things that we can expect from the upcoming Christopher Nolan‘s The Dark Knight Rises where he plays Bane.
Here’s what he had to say:
“Have you seen Joel Schumacher’s Batman & Robin? Doesn’t look very menacing does he? Christopher Nolan will revisit the character so I wouldn’t go by that at all. I’m going to need to bulk up a lot for it. That’s a lot of weight to put on and I’ve got to start shooting in May. I’ve got to go up to about 13 or 14 stone. I’m 12 and a bit now, so I only have a few months to do that.”
When asked if he he’ll have to wear Bane’s ‘gimp mask,’ Hardy replied: “Well, only if I feel like it. No.”

Recently retired from the adult film industry, superstar Elektra Luxx (Carla Gugino) is pregnant with the child of late rock star Nick Chapel. She is trying to make ends meet by teaching a community college sex education class aimed at housewives when a figure from her past, flight attendant Cora (Marley Shelton), approaches her with a proposition. In exchange for the (stolen) lyrics to Nick Chapel’s last record, all of which is about Elektra, Cora needs Elektra to seduce her fiancee. Elektra reluctantly agrees to do this favor, setting in motion a series of hilarious events which will see her come face to face with detectives, sex bloggers, emotionally unstable neighbors and the Virgin Mary herself as she wrestles with the prospect of motherhood and tries to become a person of substance.
Robin Will Be in The Dark Knight Rises?
Will Robin appear in the upcoming The Dirk Knight Rises movie?
I have no idea, but according to the latest rumors, everything is possible!
Apparently, a location scout told Michigan television station WILX that he’s looking for a spot that will serve as Robin’s hideout. And that’s how everything started.
“They looked at the Ledges as well as a water treatment plant located inside the park. Sources say the area is being considered as a hideout for Batman sidekick Robin,” comes from WILX.
The rumor came after the reports that Joseph Gordon-Levitt is negotiating to be in the film.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt In Talks To Join The Dark Knight Rises
Big casting update – Joseph Gordon-Levitt is in talks to join the cast of the upcoming Batman sequel, The Dark Knight Rises!
Well, ok, this is not some big surprise, the guy was good in Inception, right?
Only, this time Gordon-Levitt is in talks to play an unnamed villain, and if he accepts – he’ll be teaming up with another ‘Inception’ star – Tom Hardy.
So, we already know that Christian Bale will be reprising his role as Bruce Wayne/Batman in the flick and Anne Hathaway has been cast as Selina Kyle, whose alter-ego is Catwoman.
Gary Oldman, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine will also feature in the film.
Jeff Daniels, Piper Perabo and Noah Segan Join Looper
Just in case you still have no idea what project we’re talking about, Looper is an upcoming sci-fi action movie directed by Rian Johnson for Endgame Entertainment.
Today, we’re here to report that Noah Segan, Jeff Daniels and Piper Perabo have all joined the cast that already includes Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Bruce Willis, Emily Blunt and Paul Dano.
Looper is the story tat follows “a killer who works for the mob of the future. He, along with other so-called Loopers, dispose of people sent from the future. When he recognizes one victim as his future self, he hesitates, letting the man escape.”
Scarlett Johansson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt in Diablo Cody’s Breathers: A Zombie’s Lament?
Tired of zombies yet? Well, we definitely know who’s not! Juno and Jennifer’s Body writer Diablo Cody is working on a big screen adaptation of the S.G. Browne novel Breathers: A Zombie’s Lament, and Geoff Latulippe is writing the screenplay.
But, we heard that Scarlett Johansson and Joseph Gordon-Levitt are “loosely attached” to star in the film that will follow:
