Susan Sarandon To Star In WALL STREET 2
Susan Sarandon will probably star in “Wall Street 2.”
Sarandon is negotiating to join “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps” for 20th Century Fox.
She joins Michael Douglas, Shia LaBeouf, Frank Langella and Carey Mulligan in the sequel to the 1987 “Wall Street” film. Josh Brolin is currently in talks to star in the film as well.
Carey Mulligan Joins Wall Street 2
Carey Mulligan will play Gordon Gekko’s daughter in “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.”
Mulligan joins Michael Douglas (Gekko), Shia LaBeouf and Frank Langella in the sequel to the 1987 “Wall Street” film.
Josh Brolin is currently in talks to star in the film as well.
Mulligan’s character is romantically linked to LaBeouf’s, a young Wall Street broker on his way up. Oscar nominated Langella (”Frost/Nixon”) will play Lewis Zabel, a mentor to Shia LaBeouf’s character. Michael Douglas will reprise his role as Gordon Gekko.
Frank Langella To Star In “Wall Street 2″
Frank Langella has been added to the cast of Oliver Stone‘s 1987′s “Wall Street” sequel – “Wall Street 2: Money Never Sleeps.”
Shia LaBeouf stars with Michael Douglas, who’ll reprise his Best Actor Oscar-winning role as Gordon Gekko role 21 years later. Josh Brolin is currently in talks to star in the film as well.
Oscar nominated Langella (“Frost/Nixon”) will play Lewis Zabel, a mentor to Shia LaBeouf’s character, a young Wall Street broker.
Allan Loeb (”21,” “Things We Lost In The Fire”) has scripted the project. The story reportedly finds Gekko finishing his prison sentence and attempting to reconcile with his estranged daughter, who is dating LaBeouf’s character.

Josh Brolin will probably reteam with Oliver Stone to star as the villain in the sequel to 1987′s “Wall Street”
Javier Bardem was originally lined up for the role, but withdrew from the project earlier this month.
The film will be Brolin’s second movie with Stone following their success with George W. Bush biopic “W.” last year.
Stone’s follow-up to the classic 1987 financial drama will see Brolin face off against Michael Douglas‘s Gordon Gekko and Shia LaBeouf‘s young stockbroker.

Yahoo! Movies has released the new poster for “Jonah Hex,” the DC Comics adaptation starring Josh Brolin, Megan Fox, and John Malkovich.
The DC Comics adaptation revolves around a bounty hunter, an American Civil War veteran with scars covering the right side of his face, who attempts to stop a Southern plantation owner from raising an army of the undead. The movie will be a sort of sci-fi western, even though the comic book is not sci-fi at all.
Jonah Hex first appeared in the early 1970s in the issues of “All-Star Western” before graduating to his own series in 1977 that ran for about 10 years. A new series was launched in 2005. The character also had a run in the 1990s that combined the Western genre with supernatural elements.

Will Arnett And Michael Shannon Join Jonah Hex
Will Arnett and Michael Shannon have joined the cast of Warner Brothers upcoming “Jonah Hex” movie, based on graphic novel which is created by writer John Albano and artist Tony DeZuniga.
Arnett, known as a comic actor, will play a straight-arrow Union soldier who enlists Hex and is blindsided by the dirty fighting style of his enemies. Oscar nominee Shannon (“Revolutionary Road“) has been cast as circus group leader Doc Cross Williams.
Nicole Kidman Joins Woody Allen’s New Movie
Last December Nicole Kidman told that her role in Baz Luhrmann’s “Australia” may be her last and that she is not interested in making films any more.
But now she has joined the cast of Woody Allen‘s newest still-untitled film. So, apparently Kidman still is in the game. She will join an impressive cast – Antonio Banderas, Freida Pinto (“Slumdog Millionaire”), Naomi Watts, Josh Brolin and Anthony Hopkins.
