“From Paris with Love” is directed by French filmmaker Pierre Morel (The Transporter, Taken), stars John Travolta (The Taking of Pelham 1 2 3, Pulp Fiction) and Jonathan Rhys Meyers (The Tudors, Mission Impossible: III). The film also stars Kasia Smutniak, Amber Rose Revah, Melissa Mars, Richard Durden and Farid Elouardi.

Based on a fantasy children book written by Luc Besson himself, the CG animated/live action film is the second part of the three part Arthur saga. “Arthur and the Invisibles” was the first part of a trilogy by Luc Besson. It was released back in 2006 and went on to earn only $15 million in the US. While it was considered a major failure by many, the movie earned close to $100 million in foreign territories.

A couple of months ago, from the LA Times came word that the Liam Neeson thriller “Taken” has a sequel in the works and now according to Variety, EuropaCorp founder Luc Besson announced that the company has initiated development on “Taken 2.”
For the sequel, Besson and veteran writer Robert Mark Kamen (Transporter 1,2,3, Bandidas) will again collaborate on the script. There is no word whether Neeson will return for the second installment.

An promotional trailer with unfinished effects and sound for John Travolta‘s latest movie “From Paris With Love” has debuted. The movie co-written and produced by Luc Besson, and directed by Pierre Morel, tells the story of a young embassy worker and an American secret agent who cross paths while working on a high-risk mission in Paris.
Action movie, “From Paris With Love,” also stars Jonathan Rhys Meyers, John Travolta, Amber Rose Revah, Melissa Mars, Farid Elouardi and Richard Durden.
Transporter 3 New Photo And First TV Spot

In the “Transporter 3” Jason Statham continues to play Frank Martin, no-nonsense ex-SAS trooper who now works as a freelance courier and professional ass-kicker. The third movie sees Robert Knepper added to the cast.

Made on a budget that exceeds €4 million (about US$6 million), the movie was shot during summer 2005. It then went into a long post-production due to specific CGI requirements. Reportedly it contains 40 minutes worth of special effects.
The official website discovered that the whole thing had been redesigned and down at the bottom of the page was the logo of Luc Besson’s Europa Corp. Besson knows a good thing when he sees it.
