GET THE GRINGO Trailer Starring Mel Gibson
Today we have the trailer for Mel Gibson’s upcoming action film Get the Gringo. Previously titled How I Spent My Summer Vacation, the story sees Gibson take on the role of ‘Driver’, a criminal who learns to survive in a Mexican prison with the help of a 10-year-old boy.

Braveheart Mel Gibson isn’t officially confirmed yet, but he is in talks to join the cast that already includes Gerard Depardieu, Kiefer Sutherland, Til Schweiger, Thomas Jane, Johnny Hallyday, Jon Lovitz, Eric Cantona, Jean Luc Couchard, Nora Arnezeder, Patrice Cols and Giancarlo Giannini.

Ok, I don’t know what you think about Mel Gibson, but we’re here for a little chat about his upcoming project(s), although I’m quite sure you already had a chance to hear what he said: “I don’t care if I don’t act again.”
Well, guess what, we still think that Gibson should act, so we’re glad to hear that he could actually re-team with his Braveheart writer Randal Wallace for (at this moment) still mysterious project.
Here’s what Mel Gibson had to say about the whole thing in an interview with Deadline:
“I could easily not act again. It’s not a problem. I’m going to do something now because I want to do it and because it’s fun. I’ve already pulled another job and it’s going to be fun.

Warner Brothers and Legendary Pictures have issued a statement that Gibson “will not be making a cameo appearance in “The Hangover Part II.”
Mel Gibson To Star In Cold Warrior

Variety reports that Mel Gibson is in talks to star in spy thriller Cold Warrior which will be directed by Lethal Weapon screenwriter Shane Black from a script by Chuck Mondry.
The film is about a spy from the Cold War era who comes out of retirement to team with a younger agent from the new school to confront a domestic terrorism threat orchestrated by Russia.
Cold Warrior will be produced by Michelle Manning, David Greenblatt and Anthony Bagarozzi.
Nicholas Hoult Joins Mad Max 4 Movie
Nicholas Hoult (About A Boy, Skins) has joined the cast of “Mad Max 4: Fury Road.” He will play a character named Nux in the movie. There is no futher information about his character or the film.
Zoe Kravitz whose character’s name is Five Wives, Teresa Palmer and Adelaide Clemens (are in a convoy being chased by bad guys) also going to join the cast.
The movie is set a short while after the story detailed in 1985′s “Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome,” which keeps Mad Max, the character originated by Mel Gibson, relatively young.
Edge of Darkness Review
“Edge of Darkness” is directed by Martin Campbell (“Casino Royale,” “Mask of Zorro”) who, interestingly enough, is remaking the film from an award-winning six-hour BBC miniseries he directed 25 years ago.
Campbell is working from a screenplay adapted from that series by two seasoned scribes: William Monohan (“The Departed,” another remake transplanted to Boston) and Andrew Bovell (who brought similar, moody twist-turning to 2001′s underrated “Lantana”).
