Focus Features has just released the brand new poster for their upcoming film Beginners, which is written and directed by Mike Mills (Thumbsucker).
Ewan McGregor plays Oliver, a young man who is shocked when his 75-year-old father (Christopher Plummer) comes out of the closet after 44 years of marriage. Sadly, his father reveals that he also has terminal cancer, but Oliver is determined to take what he taught him about life and apply it to his budding relationship with a new girl named Anna (Mélanie Laurent).
‘Beginners’ Trailer!
Focus Features has just released a brand new trailer for their upcoming film Beginners.
From writer/director Mike Mills (Thumbsucker) comes a comedy/drama about how deeply funny and transformative life can be, even at its most serious moments. Beginners imaginatively explores the hilarity, confusion, and surprises of love through the evolving consciousness of Oliver (Golden Globe Award nominee Ewan McGregor). Oliver meets the irreverent and unpredictable Anna (Mélanie Laurent of “Inglourious Basterds”) only months after his father Hal (Academy Award nominee Christopher Plummer) has passed away. This new love floods Oliver with memories of his father who – following 44 years of marriage – came out of the closet at age 75 to live a full, energized, and wonderfully tumultuous gay life. The upheavals of Hal’s new honesty, by turns funny and moving, brought father and son closer than they’d ever been able to be. Now Oliver endeavors to love Anna with all the bravery, humor, and hope that his father taught him.
New Trailer and Poster for The Concert
We have added the second trailer and new poster for Weinstein Company upcoming film The Concert starring Mélanie Laurent (Inglourious Basterds), Aleksei Guskov, Dimitri Nazarov, Francois Berleand and Miou-Miou.
Thirty years ago, Andrei Simoniovich Filipov, the renowned conductor of the Bolshoi orchestra, was fired for hiring Jewish musicians. Now a mere cleaning man at the Bolshoi, he learns by accident that the Châtelet Theater in Paris invites the Bolshoi orchestra to play there. He decides to gather together his former musicians and to perform in Paris in the place of the current Bolshoi orchestra. As a solo violin player to accompany his old Jewish or Gypsy musicians he wants Anne-Marie Jacquet, a young virtuoso. If they all overcome the hardships ahead this very special concert will be a triumph.

Inglourious Basterds TV Spots
Two new TV spots for “Inglourious Basterds” both written and directed by Quentin Tarantino have hit the web. Check them out below.
“Inglourious Basterds” begins in German-occupied France, where Shosanna Dreyfus (Mélanie Laurent) witnesses the execution of her family at the hand of Nazi Colonel Hans Landa (Christoph Waltz). Shosanna narrowly escapes and flees to Paris, where she forges a new identity as the owner and operator of a cinema.

Recently we added five great character posters for Quentin Tarantino’s “Inglourious Basterds” and today Yahoo! Movies has debuted a brand new poster for the movie.
