Universal has debuted the trailer for Nancy Meyers‘ new comedy “It’s Complicated.” It looks funny and this could be one more great Meyers’ movie. Check it out below.
A comedy about love, divorce and everything in between is both written and directed by Oscar nominated filmmaker Nancy Meyers (“What Women Want,” “Something’s Gotta Give,” “The Holiday“).
“It’s Complicated” stars Meryl Streep, Alec Baldwin, Steve Martin, John Krasinski and Lake Bell.

Director Nora Ephron adapted the screenplay from Julie Powell’s book “Julie and Julia: 365 Days, 524 Recipes, 1 Tiny Apartment Kitchen.”
The film follows Powell, a government employee who decides to cook her way through legendary cook Julia Child’s classic cookbook, “Mastering the Art of French Cooking” in one year’s time out of her small Queens kitchen. Powell blogs her daily experiences, gaining a loyal following along the way.

Columbia Pictures has released the official trailer for Nora Ephron‘s (Sleepless in Seattle, You’ve Got Mail) comedy/drama “Julie and Julia.”
Based on two true stories, “Julie & Julia” intertwines the lives of two women who, though separated by time and space, are both at loose ends… until they discover that with the right combination of passion, fearlessness and butter, anything is possible. Meryl Streep is Julia Child and Amy Adams is Julie Powell.
Meryl Streep To Receive Lifetime Achievement Award
The fourth edition of the Rome International Film Festival will present the Marcus Aurelius award for lifetime achievement to Meryl Streep, the festival announced Friday. Streep will receive the Rome Film Festival’s Marcus Aurelius award for her contribution to cinema.
The festival also said Oscar-winning director Milos Forman would head the event’s main competition jury.

Doubt First Trailer
Based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning play of the same name, “Doubt” was written, adapted for the screen and directed by John Patrick Shanley.
Set at a Catholic school in the Bronx, it centers on a nun who grows suspicious when a priest begins taking too much interest in the life of a young black student. Is she being overly protective or not protective enough? And can she work within the system to discover the truth?
