That’s good thing I guess, since we all know the movie will hit the theaters on July 20th, 2012.

New Line Cinema has released five new TV spots and 17 photos from Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, sequel to 2008′s Journey to the Center of the Earth. The new film brings back Josh Hutcherson as Sean Anderson and introduces Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Davis and Luis Guzman into the mix as a small group takes a trip into the ocean and ends up finding the legendary mysterious island first written about by Jules Verne.

Brand New JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND Posters
Warner Bros. has released five new posters for the upcoming family sequel Journey 2: The Mysterous Island, starring Josh Hutcherson, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Michael Caine, and Vanessa Hudgens.
In Mysterious Island, Hutcherson discovers a coded distress signal that leads him to a, well, mysterious island that doesn’t exist on any map. Johnson, Hutcherson’s new stepfather, comes along for the ride, as well as a tour guide pilot (Luis Guzman) and his daughter (Hudgens). Michael Caine plays Hutcherson’s missing grandfather.
