“Never Let Me Go is narrated by a 31-year old woman named Kathy. She’s remembering her days at Hailsham, a boarding school where creativity and health were emphasized. None of the children have parents or surnames.

She has rekindled friendships with Ruth and Tommy, friends from her Hailsham days. The three of them find they don’t fit into society, that they’re not been prepared for a normal life.
