Ok, this is not fair, but we have to update our previous reports about those two projects. Few days ago we reported that Nick Cassavetes will be in charge for the upcoming biopic Gotti: Three Generations and we had nothing against that decision. But today, we learned that Cassavetes is no longer attached to the project.

And like that’s not enough, we also reported that Ryan Gosling is in talks to join Johnny Depp for the upcoming Disney’s The Lone Ranger, but as you already guess, he’s too busy, as well, and he’s not going to star in it…

Let’s continue our little chat about the upcoming Nick Cassavetes‘ biopic titled Gotti: Three Generations. You already know that we’re talking about a movie that has an awesome cast on board, but trust us – it’s getting bigger and better!

John Travolta is set to star as John Gotti Jr. and according to the latest reports Lindsay Lohan and Joe Pesci have joined the project as well!

Apparently, Lohan is currently in talks to play Victoria Gotti, daughter of the late Gambino crime family Mafia boss, John Gotti a.k.a. “The Dapper Don” or “The Teflon Don.”

Time for The Hangover 2 update! I’m not actually sure whether you’re going to like this one, but it looks that Nick Cassavetes has been recast in the role originally envisioned for Mel Gibson. And, just in case you have no idea what we’re (still) talking about, we’re here to explain the whole thing, so check out the rest of this report.

I’m sure you all remember that once upon a time, Mel Gibson was supposed to do a “quick cameo” in the upcoming Todd Phillips movie, where he would appear as a Bangkok tattoo artist. But, in the mean time, the cast protested that move, and we had a chance to hear from Phillips this kind of explanation:

“I thought Mel would have been great in the movie and I had the full backing of Jeff Robinov and his team. But I realize filmmaking is a collaborative effort, and this decision ultimately did not have the full support of my entire cast and crew.”

Alec Baldwin Alec Baldwin. We all know how much of a legend he is. He’s one of the best supporting actors ever and the news that he’s about to star in new drama My Sister’s Keeper makes us very happy indeed.

My Sister’s Keeper is a drama by Nick Cassavetes’ about a girl (Elle Fanning) who sues her parents after she finds out that she was only conceived to help prolong the life of her sister (Dakota Fanning), who is battling cancer. Her mother, who is played by Cameron Diaz, is a lawyer and represents herself.
