THE LONGEST WEEK Set Photos Starring Olivia Wilde and Jason Bateman
So, anyone out there excited about the upcoming Peter Glanz’s movie The Longest Week? No?
Ok then let me ask you this way – are you excited about hot Olivia Wilde and great Jason Bateman in the upcoming The Longest Week project?
Yeah, of course you are, especially now when we have some cool set-pictures from the whole thing!
Olivia Wilde in BURT WONDERSTONE?
Still nothing official on this, but if it works out we may soon get a chance to watch Olivia Wilde in a comedy, guys! Not bad, right?
I’m not sure if we previously wrote about this project, but it definitely sounds familiar. Don Scardino will direct a magician comedy titled Burt Wonderstone, and we already have Steve Carell and Jim Carrey on board for the whole thing. Damn right, this sure is familiar!
This project comes from Horrible Bosses scribes John Francis Daley and Jonathan Goldstein with a polish by Jason Reitman, and it centers on a Las Vegas magician who breaks up with his partner and is then upstaged by a hipper magician doing dangerous and crowd-drawing tricks.
BUTTER Movie Clip and 12 Hi-Res Photos
The Weinstein Company has released a new clip and twelve high resolution photos from Butter, which is directed by Jim Field Smith (She’s Out of My League).
The film uses a butter sculpting competition at the Iowa State Fair as a very thinly veiled metaphor for the political crush that happens at the first-in-the-nation caucus every four years. Jennifer Garner is an aspiring dairy artist, the wife of an already-accomplished champion (in this sense, it’s also inspired by Hillary Clinton running in 2008) who gets her hopes for victory hijacked by a young, adopted black girl.
Three New IN TIME TV Spots and Featurette
20th Century Fox has debuted three brand new TV spots and behind-the-scenes featurette from the upcoming film In Time, starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried.
The science fiction movie, from Gattaca director Andrew Niccol, takes place in a world where people stop ageing at 25 and are given only one more year to live. Time becomes the ultimate currency, with those hoping to live longer having to buy and bank it.
IN TIME Movie Clips, TV Spot and Four Featurettes
20th Century Fox has sent over two new clips, TV spot and four featurettes for Andrew Niccol’s (Gattaca) sci-fi thriller In Time. The film, starring Justin Timberlake and Amanda Seyfried is set in future where people are genetically programmed to live to the age of 25 but can live longer if they buy or steal time credits.
Olivia Wilde Joins Ron Howard’s RUSH
Olivia Wilde is one lucky girl. But, I guess we’re all familiar with that fact. So, let’s see what she’s up to now.
According to the latest reports, our lovely lady is set to star in the upcoming Ron Howard’s Formula One racing drama titled Rush. Not a bad choice and it looks that a lot of famous names in Hollywood were interested to star as that 1970′s supermodel Suzy Miller. Sorry girls, Olivia is the lucky winner this time!
As you already know, the movie will center on Niki Lauda and his rivalry with English racer James Hunt. In 1976, Lauda nearly died when his Ferrari swerved off the track in only the second lap of the German Grand Prix and crashed, causing him to lapse into a coma and lose his right ear – Hunt won the race.
Jessica Chastain, Olivia Wilde, Noomi Rapace, Brit Marling or Olga Kurylenko in HORIZONS
We’re now all talking about Horizons and not about Oblivion. But don’t get confused, that’s the same project we already wrote about, with Tom Cruise already set to star as the male lead.
In case you still don’t remember, the story of this sci-fi thriller is set in an apocalyptic future with humans living in clouds above the uninhabitable Earth. Doesn’t sound interesting to me at this moment, but thanks to the latest rumors, it could be…
Apparently, Olivia Wilde, Jessica Chastain, Noomi Rapace, Brit Marling and Olga Kurylenko are all in contention for the upcoming Joseph Kosinski’s movie, and one of them could be the next Julia, Cruise’s character fiancee before Earth was invaded, or Cruise’s “right-hand man and lover” Victoria.
At this moment still no details on whether they’re all testing for the same part, different parts, or whatever.
Let me just remind you that Cruise is on board to play a soldier relegated to staying on the planet to work on drones that seek out and destroy a savage alien life form.
