TAKEN 2 Adds Luke Grimes
Considered by some as a young Johnny Depp, Luke Grimes has been reportedly tapped for a key role in action sequel Taken 2 as a fresh face to the franchise.
Grimes, who you might know from ABC series Brothers & Sisters or movies such as Assassination of a High School President has closed a deal to play Kim’s love interest, who will likely have to help her rescue her parents from the baddie’s clutches.

Rade Serbedzija (also credited as Rade Sherbedgia) has been cast as the villain in 20th Century Fox and EuropaCorp’s sequel to the immensely popular 2008 actioner Taken.
Liam Neeson returns as retired CIA agent Bryan Mills in the upcoming Taken 2. Upcoming Taken sequel was given the official release date of October 5, 2012 for the Columbus Day weekend.

Columbia Pictures has released the second poster for Zoe Saldana‘s upcoming action-drama Colombiana.
In the film, Saldana plays Cataleya, a young woman who has grown up to be an assassin after witnessing the murder of her parents as a child. Turning herself into a professional killer and working for her uncle, she remains focused on her ultimate goal: to hunt down and get revenge on the mobster responsible for her parents’ deaths.

Columbia Pictures has released the first trailer for Zoe Saldana‘s upcoming action-drama “Colombiana.”
The film centers on Cataleya Restrepo who at age 10 sees the brutal murder of her parents by a Colombian drug lord Don Luis. Cataleya manages to escape the bullets of the assassin and reach Chicago, where her uncle lives Emilio, also a gangster.

Latino Review has just premiered three new photos of Zoe Saldana (Star Trek) from the upcoming Colombiana action thriller.
The movie centers on Cataleya Restrepo (Saldana) who at age ten witnesses the brutal murder of her parents by a Colombian drug lord Don Luis. Cataleya manages to escape the bullets of the assassin and reach Chicago, where her uncle Emilio lives, who is also a gangster. Emilio is doing his best to remove Cataleya from the criminal life, but she is determined to become a professional killer. At 25, Cataleya has become a real killer operating on behalf of her uncle. But her sole desire is to find Don Luis to avenge the death of her parents.
