‘Night At Museum 2: Escape From The Smithsonian’ - Ben Stiller

The Bad and the Ugly have scored some on-set pics from “Night At Museum 2: Escape From The Smithsonian“, which is currently shooting in Washington D.C.

This is the first production allowed to film in the famous national museums and, as such, includes more historical figures coming alive. Dick Van Dyke, Owen Wilson, Ricky Gervais, Robin Williams and Steve Coogan are expected to return with Amy Adams joining the cast as Amelia Earhart and Hank Azaria as a villainous Pharaoh.

‘The Spirit’ Moved Up to 2008

After positive fan response to the teaser trailer for Frank Miller‘s “The Spirit” at the New York Comic Con, distributor Lionsgate has decided to move the film’s release date from January 2009 to this Christmas day – and just so you know, the fact that JJ Abrams‘ “Star Trek” abandoned the date in favor of May 2009 had absolutely nothing to do with it.

Owen Wilson In Danger Of Drugs Relapse?

Shocking new reports have emerged which claim that actor Owen Wilson is in danger of a drugs relapse.

U.S. tabloid magazine, Life & Style, reports that the Wedding Crashers star – who attempted suicide last August following his struggle with substance abuse – spent a lengthy period browsing bongs at the Green House Smoke Shop in Venice, California.

“He was friendly,” an insider tells the publication. “Owen spent 20 minutes…browsing the pipes and bongs. He bought one of the biggest bongs and spent almost $300 on it.

The insider also revealed that the actor seemed concerned about being spotted.

”He was worried that someone might have seen him coming out,” the insider adds. “He hid behind a FedEx truck for 30 seconds before darting to his car.”
