“The Twilight Saga: New Moon” is the second movie based on the series of four vampire-based fantasy and romance books by author Stephenie Meyer. The New Moon movie continues the story of the first Twilight movie about the ill-fated romance between mortal Bella Swan, played by Kristen Stewart, and vampire Edward Cullen, played by Robert Pattinson.
New Moon goes through great pains to present itself as a descendent of Romeo And Juliet, except without all that icky tragedy in the end. There are warring clans—in this case, werewolves and vampires—a rival suitor, tragic miscommunication, and at the center of it all, two self-absorbed teenage lovers. First “New Moon” TV Spot and Movie Clip #2
Today we have the first TV spot and second clip from “New Moon“. TV spot showing the confrontation between Edward Cullen (Robert Pattinson) and Jacob (Taylor Lautner) and the second clip features Edward fighting to save Bella (Kristen Stewart) from the Volturi vampires.
Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass) is directing the sequel, which also stars Ashley Greene, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Kellan Lutz, Nikki Reed, Jackson Rathbone, Edi Gathegi, Rachelle Lafevre, Billy Burke, Charlie Bewley, Dakota Fanning and Michael Sheen.

The first official “New Moon” movie trailer is premiering during the MTV Movie Awards 2009.
We’ve now learned that the trailer will be making its Internet premiere in high definition on MySpace’s Trailer Park shortly after 7:45 P.M. PST (that’s 10:45 P.M. EST), almost 2 hours after the MTV Awards start on TV.

Twilight New Moon Photos Online!
Summit Entertainment has released some new photos for their highly anticipated sequel “The Twilight Saga: New Moon” courtesy of EW. Together with the photos, the movie studio also offers a couple of details on what the fans should expect from the movie, while a new official website has also been launched.

This pic just released by Summit shows Bella (Kristen Stewart) and Edward (Robert Pattinson) kissing. Speaking of the gorgeous vampire with an equally beautiful soul, director Chris Weitz says his absence from the narrative was the biggest obstacle “New Moon” had to overcome. In the end, he says, they did come up with a solution, one that will definitely please fans.
Weitz explains:
“Rob was the first guy to say to me, ‘You know, you don’t really need to have too much of me in this film.’ I don’t want him too present, so his apparition will be a subtle, flitting effect – clearly a reflection of Bella’s will and desire to see him.”

“New Moon” Footage Online!
ET unveiled two videos from their set visit to “The Twilight Saga: New Moon.” Both of the videos are filled with glimpses of Taylor Lautner and Kristen Stewart during the filming of “New Moon“.
After Bella recovers from the vampire attack that almost claimed her life, she looks to celebrate her birthday with Edward and his family. However, a minor accident during the festivities results in Bella’s blood being shed, a sight that proves too intense for the Cullens, who decide to leave the town of Forks, Washington for Bella and Edward’s sake. Initially heartbroken, Bella finds a form of comfort in reckless living, as well as an even-closer friendship with Jacob Black. Danger in different forms awaits.
“The Twilight Saga’s New Moon” will be directed by Chris Weitz (The Golden Compass) using the script penned by “Twilight” screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg. Starring Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Peter Facinelli, Elizabeth Reaser, Kellan Lutz, and Nikki Reed.

“Twilight” Extra Shooting’s Behind-the-Scenes Photo
With the news that the Twilight’s movie’s release date has been pushed up to take over the old “Harry Potter 6” date of November 21st, the pressure is higher for the cast and crew of “Twilight” to deliver a product worthy of its hype. Though the principal photography of vampire drama “Twilight” has been wrapped up months earlier, the cast and crew of the Summit Entertainment’s romantic thriller are going back to the production set once again. They are getting back together starting on Monday, August 25, to filming some extra scenes to spice up the movie even more.
Here’s what actor Peter Facinelli told MTV about the scene they’ll be shooting this coming week, he plays vampire patriarch Carlisle Cullen in the movie..
“They liked it so much, they are bringing us back for some encore time – to beef it up,” he said. “A little salt and pepper.”
“I can tell you it’s a flashback scene,” Facinelli offered. “It gives us a little bit of history of the Cullen family. … They are just shooting a couple of different added scenes, and the scene I’m in, I can tell you it’s me and Robert Pattinson. … Rosalie and Emmett are in that scene.”
‘Finding Amanda’ – Trailer and Poster
Taylor Peters (Matthew Broderick) is a television writer and producer working on a low-rated, little-respected half-hour sitcom. Taylor was probably destined for better things, but his compulsive gambling, recreational drug use and drinking problem (now under control) all conspired to throw his career off the rails several years back. Now all he does is play the horses, but does his best to keep his wife Lorraine (Maura Tierney) in the dark about it.
Unexpectedly, Taylor and Lorraine are called to Lorraine’s sister’s house to deal with a family emergency: Taylor’s twenty-year-old niece Amanda (Brittany Snow) is living in Las Vegas where, it’s been recently discovered, she’s working as a prostitute.
On their way home, Lorraine finds racing stubs in the glove compartment, and decides to leave Taylor. Lorraine decides not to come home.
