About a year ago it was announced that Leonardo DiCaprio‘s Appian Way would make a new Twilight Zone movie. They are moving ahead hiring Rand Ravich, writer and director of “The Astronaut’s Wife” and creator of NBC’s detective series “Life,” to write a a script based on the iconic “Twilight Zone” TV series. So, the writer search has been ongoing for over a year.
The first announcement last year is that – “The companies are not seeking to remake an episodic movie, as the only big-screen version of the show did 25 years ago, but rather hope to build one continuing story line based on one or more episodes.”
