Brand New Dragonball Evolution Trailer
Today we have full-length domestic trailer for upcoming big screen “Dragonball Evolution” adaptation which premieres in theaters April 8th.
The film tells the story of an alien sent to destroy Earth, who has a change of heart and decides to join the humans in their fight against various aliens and bad guys.
“Dragonball Evolution” is adapted from the manga created by Akira Toriyama. Written and directed by James Wong, stars Justin Chatwin, James Marsters, Jamie Chung, Emmy Rossum, Eriko Tamura, Joon Park, Chow Yun-Fat, Texas Battle, Randall Duk Kim and Ernie Hudson.

“Dragonball” (”Dragonball Evolution“) begins with Goku (Justin Chatwin), who seeks out upon his adoptive grandfather Grandpa Gohan (Randall Duk Kim)’s dying request to find the great Master Roshi (Yun-Fat Chow) and gather all seven Dragon Balls. Of which he has one, in order to prevent the evil Lord Piccolo (James Marsters) from succeeding in his desire to use the Dragon Balls to take over the world. And Goku’s quest is to obtain the mystical Dragonballs before Piccolo does.
The film also stars Emmy Rossum as Bulma, Jamie Chung as Chi Chi, and Park Joon as Yamcha.
“Dragonball” is directed by James Wong (Final Destination, Jet Li’s The One, Final Destination 3), from a script by Ben Ramsey (The Big Hit, Love and a Bullet).
