Brand New HALLOWEEN 2 Poster Revealed
Rob Zombie has revealed a new poster for “Halloween 2” (AKA “H2“), courtesy of his MySpace Blog. The poster in a blue shade gives a more up-close shot of Michael Myers, the villain who is made more human-like than other “Halloween” series.
Earlier this week, Zombie sat down with Ryan Rotten, of STYD, to talk the sequel. When asked about his previous project Tyrannosaurus Rex being shifted to the side in favor of H2, the director was surprisingly honest about the current mindset within studio circles.
H2: Halloween 2 Teaser Trailer
Dimension Films has unveiled the first full trailer for Rob Zombie‘s “H2: Halloween 2,” the continuation of his rebooted horror series from 2007.
Rob Zombie’s H2 will pick up at the exact moment the first movie stopped and follow the aftermath of Michael Myers murderous rampage through the eyes of heroine Laurie Strode.
“H2: Halloween 2″ is again both written and directed by musician and filmmaker Rob Zombie. This sequel is the continuation of a “reboot” of John Carpenter‘s original Halloween series that lasted for eight films until “Halloween: Resurrection” in 2002.
Halloween Sequel “H2″ Gets a Director and Poster
Dimension Films has announced that the company will make “H2“, the sequel to Rob Zombie‘s 2007 reinvention of the horror classic Halloween.
Zombie will write and direct “H2″ with production set to begin in March with the new film picking up right as the first remake ended, following the aftermath of Michael Myers‘ murderous rampage through the eyes of the sister he hunted.
Rob Zombie said:
“I was so burned out. (But) I took a long break, made a record and I got excited again.” Now, we’ll be hauling ass, and that’s the problem making a movie called ‘Halloween’: If you come out Nov. 1 or after, nobody cares. If it was called anything else, I’d be fine.”
Rob Zombie Back for Halloween 2 ?
Director Rob Zombie was clear last September when telling the media that he was out of any planned Halloween sequels after his re-imagining of Carpenter’s slasher classic.
Now, Shock Till You Drop has now received a scoop that Rob Zombie will return to helm the second installment, even though he previously claimed that he will not take part in any future “Halloween” films.

New “Tyrannosaurus Rex” Poster and Artwork
Director Rob Zombie (House of 1000 Corpses, The Devil’s Rejects, Halloween) released another artwork and poster from his highly anticipated upcoming flick “Tyrannosaurus Rex“.
The first poster we ever received proudly touted “51% Motherfucker, 49% Son of a Bitch”, second “Fuck The World” and now this one says “Ride The Pain.” Definitely an intense attitude!
