In case anyone out there is still confused by this title – don’t worry, we are too! R.I.P.D. is set to open on June 28th, 2013 and we’re already here to talk about the sequel.

R.I.P.D. Adds a New Cast Member
Robert Knepper, well-known for starring as Theodore ‘T-Bag’ Bagwell in the Fox’s drama series Prison Break (for which he was nominated a Satellite Award) is set to star as a spirit called ‘Deado’ in the adaptation of the Dark Horse comic R.I.P.D.
Hitman Gets Sequel?
20th Century Fox has hired writer Kyle Ward to write the sequel to the 2007 action movie “Hitman,” which made almost $100 million worldwide.
Kyle Ward has written the scripts for the upcoming “Kane & Lynch” movie as well as the upcoming “Fiasco Heights.”
The first film, based on the series of video games, was directed by Xavier Gens and stars Timothy Olyphant as Agent 47, Dougray Scott, Olga Kurylenko, Robert Knepper, Ulrich Thomsen and Michael Offei.

If there’s anything good to be said for Transporter 3 it’s that at least, for once, Jason Statham’s Frank Martin character is actually transporting something. In theory Martin is a professional driver, a man of precision who will transport high-value cargo from point A to point B, without asking in questions. In practice, previous movies have rarely given Frank much opportunity to do any actual driving, inventing kidnappings and other excuses for him to get out of the car and kick doors down. IGN, video game site, has just posted the first official US version of the “Transporter 3” teaser trailer. It is nearly identical to the French version we saw way back in early June.
Directed by Olivier Megaton (Exit, The Red Siren, and Angie), the third installment of Luc Benson‘s action movie still follows Frank Martin (Jason Statham), the former SAS trooper turned professional transporter specializing in delivering packages without questions, in his mission.
