“Choke” Red Band Trailer
The Red Band trailer for the upcoming “Choke“, Clark Gregg’s directorial debut, has been released, featuring several adult scenes, some adult language.

“Choke” is a black comedy about Victor Mancini (Sam Rockwell), a sex addict who works as a Colonial War re-enactor and runs a con scheme that involves deliberately choking in restaurants and attaching himself parasitically to his rescuers. His reason for doing this, is to fund his mother’s (Anjelica Huston) care at a private mental hospital.
“Choke” starring Sam Rockwell, Anjelica Huston and Brad William Henke is based on a novel written by Chuck Palahniuk, the man behind “Fight Club.”
The movie is scheduled to hit theaters on August 1st.

De Niro Joins ‘Everybody’s Fine’
Robert De Niro will star in ‘Everybody’s Fine‘, Kirk Jones’s drama for Miramax.
Remake of Guiseppe Tornatore’s ‘Stanno Tutti Bene’ follows an aging widower who takes a road trip to visit his adult children, played by Drew Barrymore, Kate Beckinsale, and Sam Rockwell.
Miramax Films acquired worldwide rights on the film that will begin shooting in Connecticut later this month.
The remake of the Giuseppe Tornatore film “Stanno tutti bene” was written by Kirk Jones.
De Niro will play a widower who realizes that his deceased wife was his only connection to his children. He decides on a whim to take a road trip to reconnect with each of his grown kids, discovering that their lives are far from perfect.
Gianni Nunnari will produce with Ted Field, Vittorio Cecchi Gori and Glynis Murray. Craig Flores, Callum Greene and Mike Weber are executive producers.
