Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgard in LOVELACE First Look – More Pics from the Set
As the Lovelace cast has continued to take shape, the film has released its first still. Our first look at Lovelace features the film’s main stars, Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard, and arrives courtesy of Entertainment Weekly and Daily Mail.
The biopic aims to tell us the real story behind Linda, the seemingly fun-loving, sexually confident woman who starred in the infamous Deep Throat porn back in the ’70s. Linda Boreman aka Linda Lovelace, was married to Chuck Traynor, portrayed by Peter Sarsgaard with respectable facial hair.Later in life, she accused him claiming that she had been forced into it under threats of beating and other abuse.
Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard in LOVELACE First Look
And, finally, here’s our first look at Amanda Seyfried and Peter Sarsgaard, the main stars of the Lovelace movie.
Seyfried plays Linda Lovelace whose real name is Linda Boreman while Sarsgaard plays her husband, Chuck Traynor.
This movie photo apparently shows us the pair from happier times because history has shown that Lovelace was in fact pushed into porn industry by her husband.
LOVELACE Porn Bio-Pic Adds Adam Brody, Demi Moore
Instead of a rival biopic entitled Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story that is set to be written and directed by Matthew David Wilder and Malin Akerman is attached to play the leading role, Lovelace is based on Eric Danville’s biography ‘The Complete Linda Lovelace’ and is set to be directed by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman from an original screenplay by Andy Bellin.
Amanda Seyfried is attached in the title role of Linda Lovelace opposite Peter Sarsgaard as Lovelace’s husband, Chuck Traynor. In addition, Adam Brody, Demi Moore and Eric Roberts have now joined them.

Sharon Stone Will Star in LOVELACE, Not In INFERNO
It’s one of those days when you do everything right and then you get the update that says – hey, you’re doing things wrong, change your stupid report!
I love Fridays. And I have nothing against Sharon Stone, so I’ll be happy to inform you that she will not star in Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story like we previously reported, but she will instead join the cast of that other Lovelace project.
Sharon Stone Joins INFERNO: A LINDA LOVELACE STORY
UPDATE: Sharon Stone will not star in Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story but she will instead join the cast of the Lovelace project directed by Rob Epstein and Jeffrey Friedman with Amanda Seyfried as the lead.
It goes like this – Sharon Stone will star in the upcoming biopic Inferno: A Linda Lovelace Story.
Funny news, because Stone will actually play the adult star’s mum in the film which already has Malin Akerman on board to play Linda Lovelace.
And please, don’t get confused, we’re not talking about that other rival biopic simply entitled Lovelace.
Christopher Walken, Sharon Stone, John Turturro, Alicia Silverstone in Gods Behaving Badly
Ok, I’m totally interested in this one. Not just because we have some great cast on board, but because I just love the stories with Greek Gods, and especially now when they’re behaving badly.
But please, first check out this cast: Christopher Walken, John Turturro, Sharon Stone, Alicia Silverstone, Ebon Moss-Bachrach, Oliver Platt, Edie Falco, Phylicia Rashad, Nelsan Ellis, Gideon Glick, Henry Zebrowski and Rosie Perez.
I mean, is this possible? They are all set to star in an upcoming Marc Turtletaub‘s adaptation of Marie Phillips’ bestselling novel titled Gods Behaving Badly!
First, let me tell you that writers Josh Goldfaden and Marc Turtletaub (producer of projects like ‘Little Miss Sunshine,’ ‘Jack Goes Boating’ and ‘My Idiot Brother’) adapted the whole thing, and Turtletaub will make his feature directing debut.
Logically, the movie will tell us the story of the Greek Gods, alive and well and living in a brownstone in New York City, as they cross paths with a young couple, Kate and Neil.
The intersection of the Gods and the mortals threatens not only the couple’s budding relationship, but the future of everything else.
Adrien Brody and Sharon Stone in Sweet Baby Jesus
Adrien Brody and Sharon Stone will replace previously rumored Sam Rockwell and Kim Cattrall in the upcoming Peter Hewitt project Sweet Baby Jesus, that’s already being described as “religious comedy.”
Stone and Brody will join quite interesting cast, which includes Bette Midler, Sean Brosnan and Pixie Lott.
Here’s what this project is about: “The story puts a comedic spin on the birth of Jesus. It takes place in the 70s and focuses on a guy named Joe who takes his pregnant teenage girlfriend, Mary, to Bethlehem, Maryland. Upon their arrival the locals go into a frenzy believing they’re about to witness the Second Coming.”
Sharon Stone Movies Banned In China
Sharon Stone, who last year was a guest of the Shanghai International Film Festival, now faces a boycott of her films in China after she suggested the devastating May 12 earthquake there could have been the result of bad “karma.”Stone’s remarks, made at the Festival de Cannes on Thursday, pondered a link between the earthquake — which has killed more than 65,000 people — and China’s treatment of ethnic Tibetans and their exiled spiritual leader, the Dalai Lama, whom she called “a good friend.”
“I’m not happy about the way the Chinese are treating the Tibetans, because I don’t think anyone should be unkind to anyone else,” Stone said in a brief red carpet interview with Cable Entertainment News of Hong Kong. “And then all this earthquake and all this stuff happened, and then I thought, is that karma? When you’re not nice that the bad things happen to you?”
Her remarks triggered anger across the Chinese-language media and were called “inappropriate” by the founder of one of China’s biggest urban cinema chains, who said his company would not show the Hollywood veteran’s films.
