Five new hi-res “The A-Team” photos have popped online.
“The A-Team” is an upcoming feature film based on The A-Team television series. The plot will involve a group of Iraq War veterans who looks to clear their name with the U.S. military, who suspect the four men of committing a crime for which they were framed.
It is directed by Joe Carnahan (Narc, Smokin’ Aces) and produced by Ridley and Tony Scott, Jules Daly, Stephen J. Cannell, Alex Young, Iain Smith, and Spike Seldin. Screenplay is penned by Skip Woods (X-Men Origins: Wolverine), Carnahan, and Carnahan’s writing partner Brian Bloom.

20th Century Fox has released a new photo from upcoming film adaption of “The A-Team” and it features Col. John “Hannibal” Smith (Liam Neeson), Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck (Bradley Cooper), Capt. ‘Howling Mad’ Murdock (Sharlto Copley), B.A. Baracus (Quinton “Rampage” Jackson).

Joe Carnahan‘s (Narc, Smokin’ Aces) big screen adaptation of the 80’s TV show stars Liam Neeson (Hannibal), Sharlto Copley (”Howling Mad” Murdock), Bradley Cooper (Faceman), and UFC fighter Quintin “Rampage” Jackson (B.A. Baracus). Screenplay is penned by Skip Woods (X-Men Origins: Wolverine), Carnahan, and Carnahan’s writing partner Brian Bloom. The producers are Ridley Scott, Tony Scott, Jules Daly, Stephen J. Cannell, Alex Young, Iain Smith, and Spike Seldin.
Jessica Biel and Sharlto Copley Join The A-Team
Jessica Biel and Sharlto Copley (“District 9″) are in final negotiations to join Fox’s “The A-Team.”
Once these two are officially on board the cast will be complete with Liam Neeson, Bradley Cooper and Quinton “Rampage” Jackson.
The story keeps the premise of the classic 80’s TV series but will take a more serious tone with the story of four war vets wrongly convicted of armed robbery escape from a military prison to become mercenaries helping the impoverished.

Liam Neeson (Taken) is in talks to star as Col. John “Hannibal” Smith in 20th Century Fox‘s big screen adaptation of the “The A-Team” TV series. Bradley Cooper (The Hangover) is also in early talks to play Lt. Templeton “Faceman” Peck for the film.
Joe Carnahan (Smokin’ Aces) will direct the film. Carnahan and Brian Bloom refined a script by Skip Woods (G.I. Joe: The Rise of the Cobra, Wolverine).
