Universal Pictures have revealed their first two posters for “The Wolfman,” starring Benicio Del Toro, Emily Blunt, Anthony Hopkins, and Hugo Weaving.

Apple has debuted the new trailer for Universal’s “The Wolfman“.

Universal has unleashed 11 new “The Wolfman” photos, highly anticipated update of the monster movie classic. Also, the official trailer for the film is set to debut later on today.

“The Wolfman” Gets Push Back Again!
We haven’t heard anything about “The Wolfman,” horror/action which stars Benicio Del Toro, in a while. For those who wait the movie this isn’t a great news.
Universal has pushed back “The Wolfman” again, this time to February 12th, 2010. This is the fourth time it’s been delayed – from February 13 to April 3 and then November 6, this year.

Wolfman Delayed?
Fangoria claims to have heard that Universal’s upcoming remake of “The Wolfman” may be moving out of it’s proposed April 3rd, 2009 release slot to a Fall 2009 release date instead.
No confirmation on any of this yet, but maybe Universal is thinking a Halloween release is more fitting?
The new update of the classic Universal monster is being helmed by director Joe Johnston from a script by Andrew Kevin Walker (Se7en) and David Self. Stars Benicio Del Toro, Anthony Hopkins, Emily Blunt and Hugo Weaving.
“The Wolfman”: Official Site Launches

Universal has just released the official site for the upcoming “The Wolfman” remake. The site itself is still short of decent content but does house a story breakdown and some official photos. “The Wolfman” stars Benicio del Toro as the hairy beast along with Anthony Hopkins.

Upon his return to his ancestral homeland, an American man (Del Toro) is bitten, and subsequently cursed by, a werewolf.
“The Wolfman” is slated to be released on 3 April 2009. But you can expect this to change as we near the date.

Benicio Del Toro plays Lawrence Talbot, who is bitten by a werewolf and turns into one. His human love interest is played by Emily Blunt, while Anthony Hopkins plays his father, Sir John Talbot. Hugo Weaving is Detective Aberline who investigates the Wolfman’s murders. That top hat has detective written all over it.
The Wolfman is currently scheduled to hit theaters on April 3rd, 2009.
