20th Century Fox has released an international trailer for director McG’s action comedy This Means War, starring Chris Pine, Tom Hardy, Reese Witherspoon, Chelsea Handler, Til Schweiger and Abigail Spencer.
Brendan Fraser in William Tell 3D and Four Kings
All of the sudden, Brendan Fraser is more popular than ever! In case you don’t trust us, just type his name on the internet and you’ll see. But why should you waste your time on searching, when FilmoFilia is right here to inform you that Fraser is now attached to star in Nick Hurran‘s upcoming William Tell: 3D project, as well as in the epic historical drama that comes from director Damien Lee, titled Four Kings.
So, let’s start with William Tell: 3D. The film aims to shoot this fall in Romania and Switzerland and already has some interesting names involved in the whole thing, beside Fraser, who’s attached to star as the lead.
Apparently, Anna Paquin is in negotiations to play Tell’s wife, with German star Til Schweiger playing Habsburg king Hermann Gessler. Director Nick Hurran will direct from a script by Scott Reynolds, and here’s a little description of this family action adventure:
“In the legend, Tell just can’t leave well enough alone. The local potentate of the Hapsburg monarch, Hermann Gessler forces Tell to shoot the apple because he refused to bow before Gessler’s hat, erected in a town square.

According to the latest reports, Chris Bridges, best known as Ludacris has joined the cast of the upcoming Garry Marshall’s romantic comedy New Year’s Eve that already stars Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Halle Berry, Jessical Biel, Michelle Pfeiffer, Sarah Jessica Parker, Hilary Swank, Zac Efron, Sienna Miller, Lea Michelle, Sofia Vergara, Abigail Breslin, Til Schweiger, Seth Meyes, Jon Bon Jovi, Josh Duhamel and Carla Gugino.

New Year’s Eve casting update today includes two names: Ryan Seacrest and Ice Cube and apparently they are now in talks to appear in the film as well.
Just in case (and I know it’s not the case) you have no idea what this movie is about, let me repeat that the upcoming Gary Marshall movie is, obviously, a romantic comedy, and it already has an impressive cast!

Mickey Rourke and Til Schweiger Join Jeffrey Dean Morgan in The Courier
According to The Wrap, Mickey Rourke (The Wrestler, The Expendables) and Til Schweiger (Inglourious Basterds) have joined the cast of the new action thriller The Courier starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
In The Courier, Morgan plays a never-miss courier hired to deliver a briefcase to a notorious crime boss who can’t be found. The courier finds himself pursued by corrupt cops, double-crossing feds and rivals from the criminal underworld as he attempts to maintain his perfect record.
New Inglourious Basterds Clip
