Photos of Seth Rogen as The Green Hornet
The first pictures of Seth Rogen in character from Columbia Pictures’ “The Green Hornet” has popped up online. Over at Splash News, they’ve posted a couple of behind the scenes photos that feature both Rogen and Jay Chou as his sidekick, Kato.
The story follows the adventures of Brit Reid (Rogen). A wealthy publisher of The Daily Sentinel by day, Reid roams as a masked crime fighter by night, dedicated to protecting the lives and rights of the city’s citizens. Reid is accompanied by Kato (Jay Chou), a chauffeur/bodyguard/personal assistant during business hours who transforms into a masked sidekick with a knack for martial arts when the sun goes.
Roman Polanski’s “The Ghost” Teaser Trailer
15-second teaser is our first look at Roman Polanski’s new movie “The Ghost.”
The thriller directed by Oscar winning Polish-French filmmaker Roman Polanski (“The Pianist,” “When Angels Fall,” “Rosemary’s Baby,” “Repulsion,” “Chinatown,” “Frantic,” “The Ninth Gate”) is based on Robert Harris‘ novel of the same name. The script is co-written by Polanski and Harris.
Valkyrie First Six Minutes
United Artists have unveiled the first six minutes from the Bryan Singer’s “Valkyrie,” probably to get more people to go see it. Check out the clip below.
In the movie, Cruise plays Col. Claus von Stauffenberg, the aristocratic German officer who led the heroic attempt to bring down the Nazi regime and end the war by planting a bomb in Hitler’s bunker. The “July 20 Plot” on Hitler’s life is one of the most heroic but least known episodes of World War Two. Severely wounded in combat, Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg returns from Africa to join the German Resistance and help create Operation Valkyrie, the complex plan that will allow a shadow government to replace Hitler’s once he is dead. But fate and circumstance conspire to thrust Stauffenberg from one of many in the plot to a double-edged central role. Not only must he lead the coup and seize control of his nation’s government… He must kill Hitler himself.
First Julia Roberts’ “Duplicity” Poster
The poster for the upcoming thriller “Duplicity,” starring Clive Owen (Sin City) and Julia Roberts (Pretty Woman), has been released. For full poster click on the image:
In the film, Roberts and Owen star as spies-turned-corporate operatives in the midst of a clandestine love affair. When they find themselves embroiled in a high-stakes espionage game, they discover the toughest part of the job is deciding how much to trust the one you love.
The film is written and directed by Tony Gilroy, the man behind “Michael Clayton,” also stars Tom Wilkinson, Rick Worthy and Paul Giamatti.
“Duplicity” will hit theaters on March 20, 2009.
Bryan Singer On Valkyrie & Brand New Poster

Bryan Singer, the director of “The Usual Suspects” and “X-Men” agreed to speak with MTV News for one of his first interviews since completing the film.
MTV: Is “Valkyrie” done?
Bryan Singer: The film is done! I looked at the first completed film print. That was pretty much the final process for “Valkyrie,” or so I’ve been led to believe. [Laughs.]
MTV: It’s been a long road for this one, with a lot of shuffling of release dates. Are you happy with where you ended up?
Singer: Ultimately, it was the right decision. By the time the release date moved up to Christmas, I was already on track to finish it. It all worked out probably the way it should have from the very beginning.

Guy Ritchie’s “RockNRolla” TV Spots and Sequel Planning News
Two TV spots for the upcoming Guy Ritchie film “RockNRolla” has been released, closely resembling his previous great movies “Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels” and “Snatch.”
Guy today revealed that he is ready to start making a sequel to his new movie “RocknRolla.”
The director has finished writing the second film in a planned trilogy, but he fears that his hard work will go to waste if the original movie flops at the box office.
Speaking about his sequel plans, Ritchie confirmed:
“I’ve written one. So people better go see it. It’ll allow me to make the next one.”
In “RockNRolla,” London’s criminal underworld takes notice of a Russian mobster’s shady land deal, a scam that puts millions of dollars up for grabs. Butler stars as One Two, a street-smart mobster who has learned to play both sides of the fence. Tom Wilkinson is the lethal head mobster, Lenny Cole, part of London’s old mob regime, which is quickly losing ground to the wealthier foreign mob.
