The first trailer and poster for Take Me Home Tonight, a new comedy from Canadian director Michael Dowse (It’s All Gone Pete Tong, Fubar, Fubar II: Gods of Blunder), have been released.
Synopsis: As the summer of 1988 winds down, three friends on the verge of adulthood attend an out-of-control party in celebration of their last night of unbridled youth. Starring Topher Grace, Anna Faris, Dan Fogler and Teresa Palmer, Take Me Home Tonight is a raunchy, romantic and ultimately touching blast from the past set to an awesome soundtrack of timeless rock and hip-hop hits. Recent MIT grad Matt Franklin (Topher Grace) should be working for a Fortune 500 company and starting his upward climb to full-fledged yuppie-hood. Instead, the directionless 23-year-old confounds family and friends by taking a part-time job behind the counter of a video store at the Sherman Oaks Galleria. But Matt’s silent protest against maturity comes to a screeching halt once his unrequited high school crush, Tori Frederking (Teresa Palmer), walks into the store.

An indie comedy titled Bobby Blue Sky is coming and Topher Grace, and Kristen Wiig are reportedly set to star in it.
Not a bad choice for something that’s already being described as a story that focuses:
“…on three dysfunctional siblings. The youngest brother found sudden fame as a character in his father’s children’s book and the film centers on how the incident has warped their lives.”
Predators Review
Predators featured an exemplary who’s who of walking clichés under Dutch’s command which lent itself to the film’s charm and magnetism. Likewise, Predators features a similar though less memorable collection of fleshy fodder for the intergalactic hunters to track down and pick off. There’s Robert Rodriquez favorite Danny Trejo playing a mirror image of himself; Adrien Brody as surly tough guy loner who channels Christian Bale’s Batman voice and his beefed up body; Walter Goggins as a motor mouth serial killer coward; Lawrence Fishburne as the guy with a trippy sanity; Oleg Taktarov as the mild-mannered big gun; Louis Changchien as the silent assassin; Alice Braga as the Latino macho warrior; Mahershalalhashbaz Ali as the clueless guy most likely to die quickly; and Topher Grace as the sniveling dweeb with questionable loyalties…read more [TheHDRoom]
