Ashley Benson Cast in SPRING BREAKERS
In what is shaping up to be the ultimate tween idols flick, the 24-year-old starlet has signed on to star in the indie Spring Breakers, alongside Selena Gomez and Vanessa Hudgens. Pretty Little Liars star Ashley Benson has joined the cast, replacing Emma Roberts, who fell out of project a couple of weeks ago.

In this follow-up to the 2008 worldwide hit “Journey to the Center of the Earth” starring Brendan Fraser, the new 3D family adventure “Journey 2: The Mysterious Island” begins when 17-year-old Sean Anderson (Josh Hutcherson) receives a coded distress signal from a mysterious island where no island should exist. It’s a place of strange life forms, mountains of gold, deadly volcanoes, and more than one astonishing secret.

New Line Cinema has released five new TV spots and 17 photos from Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, sequel to 2008′s Journey to the Center of the Earth. The new film brings back Josh Hutcherson as Sean Anderson and introduces Dwayne Johnson, Michael Caine, Vanessa Hudgens, Kristen Davis and Luis Guzman into the mix as a small group takes a trip into the ocean and ends up finding the legendary mysterious island first written about by Jules Verne.

Rumors have been confirmed that teen pop star Selena Gomez has signed on to star in Spring Breakers, a new movie by dark avant-garde filmmaker Harmony Korine, alongside Vanessa Hudgens, Emma Roberts and James Franco.
Brand New JOURNEY 2: THE MYSTERIOUS ISLAND Posters
Warner Bros. has released five new posters for the upcoming family sequel Journey 2: The Mysterous Island, starring Josh Hutcherson, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Michael Caine, and Vanessa Hudgens.
In Mysterious Island, Hutcherson discovers a coded distress signal that leads him to a, well, mysterious island that doesn’t exist on any map. Johnson, Hutcherson’s new stepfather, comes along for the ride, as well as a tour guide pilot (Luis Guzman) and his daughter (Hudgens). Michael Caine plays Hutcherson’s missing grandfather.

Rachel Korine Joins SPRING BREAKERS
I really don’t care about Harmony Korine and his wife Rachel and you should know that I’m writing this report just because I think Korine’s upcoming Spring Breakers actually still has some great cast on board.
And, although his above mentioned wife has joined previously announced James Franco, Emma Roberts, Vanessa Hudgens and Selena Gomez, I’m still interested in the whole thing.
