Couples Retreat

The trailer for director Peter Billingsley’s “Couples Retreat,” the latest comedy has just gone online over at Apple. The new poster has also arrived online and you can check them both out below.

Vince Vaughn, Jason Bateman, Jon Favreau, Malin Akerman, Kristin Davis, Kristen Bell and Faizon Love star in Universal Pictures’ upcoming comedy “Couples Retreat.” Based on an original idea of Vaughn’s, the comedy follows four Midwestern couples who embark on a journey to a tropical island resort. While one of the couples is there to work on their marriage, the other three set out to jet ski, spa and enjoy some fun in the sun. They soon discover that participation in the resort’s couples therapy is not optional. Suddenly, their group-rate vacation comes at a price. What follows is a hilarious look at real world problems faced by all couples. The film also stars Kali Hawk and Jean Reno.

The screenplay is writen by “Iron Man” helmer Jon Favreau.

“Four Christmases” – TV Spot No1, Poster and Synopsis

Take a look at the first TV Spot and poster for “Four Christmases” which is due to hit theaters on November 26, 2008 directed by Seth Gordon and stars Vince Vaughn, Reese Witherspoon and Robert Duvall.

When upscale, happily unmarried San Francisco couple Kate and Brad find themselves socked in by fog on Christmas morning, their exotic vacation plans morph into the family-centric holiday they had, until now, gleefully avoided. Out of obligation–and unable to escape–they trudge to not one, not two, but four relative-choked festivities, increasingly mortified to find childhood fears raised, adolescent wounds reopened…and their very future together uncertain. As Brad counts the hours to when he can get away from their parents, step-parents, siblings and an assortment of nieces and nephews, Kate is starting to hear the ticking of a different kind of clock.
