“High School Musical 3″ Four Character Posters
Disney has released four new character posters for “High School Musical 3“. The images are focused on four of the main characters, Gabriella Montez, Ryan Evans, Taylor McKessie and Chad Danforth, in their graduation robes and completed with the stars’ signatures.
“High School Musical 3: Senior Year” finds high school seniors Troy (Zac Efron) and Gabriella (Vanessa Hudgens) facing the prospect of separation as they head off to different colleges. Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about the future. With incredible new music and exciting dance numbers designed to take maximum advantage of the big screen, this motion picture extravaganza delivers plenty of high-energy entertainment from East High’s talented ensemble.
The film is the first installment to appear in theaters and will hit theaters on October 24th.
Zac Efron in “Me and Orson Welles”
EW posted another one of their upcoming preview galleries, they included a new look at the Richard Linklater directed drama “Me and Orson Welles” which feature a look at Zack Efron (High School Musical) and Claire Danes.
Based on Robert Kaplow’s novel of the same name, “Me and Orson Welles” tells the story of Samuels ( Zac Efron), a teenager who gets the chance to make his big break when he is hired to star in Orson Welles’ production of Julius Caesar. Falling in love with a production assistant, he soon learns the horrible secret of show business.
The film which is yet to have its release date will be screened at the 2008 Toronto International Film Festival held from September 4 to 13.
“Me and Orson Welles” First Photos
The first photos from Richard Linklater’s (Dazed and Confused) upcoming romantic drama “Me and Orson Welles” has been unveiled.
Photos focus on giving movie lovers a first look into the two leading characters portrayed by Zac Efron (High School Musical) and Christian McKay as well as the set photo with Linklater explaining something to McKay.
Newcomer Christian McKay will play Welles, while Ben Chaplin (The Water Horse: Legend of the Deep) will play an English film and stage actor George Coulouris. Read the rest of this entry

Cast Set For ‘High School Musical 3′
Disney has finished its deals and will reunite all the key cast members for the feature film release “High School Musical 3: Senior Year” reports the trades.
Zac Efron, Vanessa Hudgens, Ashley Tisdale, Lucas Grabeel, Corbin Bleu and Monique Coleman are locked to return in the big screen incarnation.
Written by returning scribe Peter Barsocchini, “HSM3″ revolves around seniors Troy (Efron) and Gabriella (Hudgens) facing the prospect of being separated from one another as they head off in different directions to college.
Joined by the rest of the Wildcats, they stage an elaborate spring musical reflecting their experiences, hopes and fears about their future.
Kenny Ortega, who helmed the two previous telefilms, will helm the movie which is set to go before cameras in the spring. The project is slated for release on October 24th.
