Roman Coppola's sophomore directorial effort, and his first for over ten years,
A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charles Swan III.
The film is rather a series of sketches, loosely illustrating the life and loves of a 1970s small-time playboy and graphic designer played by Hollywood bad boy
Charlie Sheen, but now we have our first look at trio of the supporting players in the film:
Bill Murray, Aubrey Plaza and afro'd
Jason Schwartzman.
Fame and fortune have made Charles Swan irresistible to women, but after his latest girlfriend Ivana (
Katheryn Winnick) breaks up with him, his charmed life begins to fall apart. That forces him to turn to his fellow travelers: his best friend Kirby (Schwartzman), a Jewish musician and stand-up comedian; his depressive financial adviser Saul (Murray) and his hippy-chic sister Izzy (
Patricia Arquette).
Mary Elizabeth Winstead, Dermot Mulroney, Stephen Dorff and more round out the rest of the cast.
