You think Axeman (read: Axeman at Cutter’s Creek) was a helluva villain, get ready for Adam K.! He’s the birth of a new breed of serial slasher! That’s exactly what director Joston Theney has to say about his upcoming horror project which will center on a guy named Adam, who will (apparently) slit you open and bathe in your blood. Sounds fun?
So, at this moment we know that Dylan Hobbs, Arielle Brachfeld and Kristin Wheatley are all set to star in this:
…gory take on the tale of nature versus nurture that proves – evil wears a smile! Mild-mannered and seemingly good-natured auto insurance claims manager Adam K. sets out daily to make friends, however ends up with mutilated victims when his invitations for friendships are rejected.
Not hard to guess that Hobbs is set to play the titular character Adam, who is (according to Hobbs):
…every lethal thought you’ve ever had. He’s the personification of evil that oddly enough wants to be good, wants to be a good man, but it’s like the world won’t let him.
Definitely sounds promising, so you have nothing to worry about – we’ll keep an eye on Adam K. Let us also add that principal photography begins September 2013, and here’s the very first poster for the whole thing (click to enlarge):
